We went see her for our daughters first appointment, She seemed not interested at all want to get out of the asap. She rushed us, looked very bothered about the kids cry. She is not hearing what ever we said. she didnt read the file. Kept mentioning my wife its your second child even after correcting. She talked about my daughters weight loss but doesnt know what was was her previous weight. Asked us to consult lactation consultant but didnt talk whats the plan. She was completely zoned out not sure was she talking about our baby. Most reckless doctor i have ever seen she should resign her job or find another profession. Dont come to professions if you cannot do justice. What are you getting paid for? We decided to complain to out insurance provider
Horrible experience with this doctor. She doesn't listen , she is rude, and she treated my daughter like a science experiment. It's no wonder she's been there for 30 years and yet is the only doctor with openings. Disgusting!
We met Dr. Crosby multiple times in the past with our son, whom she claimed he never had ear infection. We met with another physician and he was able to diagnose our son in no time with ear infection! We also consulted her with our daughter who had a very high fever for extended period of time, she led us leave her office with the 'keep monitoring' excuse. In the end when she had to do something about the obvious problem she directed us to urgent care! Never again!
We went to see Dr Crosby with our daughter multiple times. We had to wait over 30 minutes every time once we were in the the actual room. She wasn't able to make any decision or tell what actions to take to make her better. Our daughter had high fever for multiple days and Dr Crosby let us walk out 2 times without any actions on her part. In the end when we were almost certain she had pneumonia she send us to urgent care instead of taking action herself! Waste of time, waste of money, never again!!!
Dr. Crosby has been an excellent doctor and resource of information for our children's medical needs. We started seeing her back in 2010 with the arrival of our first child and now she sees all of for of our children, including our newborn. We are grateful for her knowledge and find her trustworthy, friendly and easy to understand in addressing our medical concerns. Her nurse/medical assistant, Denise, is beyond sweet with the kids, punctual and organized.
Dr. Crosby met with me when I was pregnant with my first child and now my older child is 11 and my younger 8. She has always been knowledgeable, patient and kind. I highly recommend her. She makes my children feel comfortable and I love knowing that they are in good hands.
Dr. Crosby has been an excellent pediatrician to my three kids over the last 15 years. Everything from a broken collar bone to speech delay, pink eye to pneumonia. She's gotten the diagnosis right when others, including Children's Hospital, haven't.
I think she should listen concerns much better rather than rushing to conclusions.
We waited for 30 minutes to see her and she spent 5 minutes with us, she was rushing from the room when I had to stop her and ask her questions that we had. She did not seem to care at all, would not recommend her! She is not professional and does not care about her patients.
Went to see dr. Crosby at least 4 times and she didn't give us any good solution for my daughter's reflux problem, she didn't show any interest on our concerns and didn't answer any of our questions....

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
