We have had Dr. Spanier as pediatrician for our twin boys for as long as I can remember. They are now 17. She has been a great partner in making decisions regarding their health. She is a very caring, respectful and knowledgeable doctor that I can highly recommend.

Doctor Spanier is our child doctor for last 3.5 years. She is amazing dealing with kids, as a doctor she is offering a good balance between use of medicine and letting build imunity

Saw Dr Spanier once and she was attentive, kind, knowledgable and she cared, she even helped with a mess our child created and didn't call-in a nurse and did everything herself.. thank you

The most impressive thing to me about Dr. Spanier is how exceptionally gifted she is with children. My second daughter was terrified of going to the doctor (shots) and would not cooperate. Dr. Spanier managed to playfully get her checked out eventually and after a few visits with Dr. Spanier she loved going (as long as she knew she wasn't getting a shot). She even got upset if we went for sister and she didn't get a check up too, so Dr. Spanier pretended to look in her ears too. Dr. Spanier is happy to answer questions, very relaxed, not pushy, understanding, and seems pretty balanced in her approach of treating things.

If there was a choice for zero stars, I would choose that. I don't normally write reviews, but as a new father i felt it was necessary. I initially choose this practice for vaccines only, then need their follow up care for an ear infection of my son. The front desk staff is not that pleasant first off. Second, the practice is like a pediatrician chop shop. The more appointments the more money seams like the way they work. My biggest beef is the 199.00 bill for a 15 minute office visit. I went to urgent care for the same type of issue (ear infection) and the bill was 98.00. This seams backwards. Trust me, don't settle for this place, take the time to look elsewhere. Dr. Spanier was good, but the practice was horrible. My rating is only for the practice
