List of Washington Permanente Medical Group's Reviews
First time patient at KP Northshore location today and I was blown away at how fast and smooth everything went. After being a patient at another medical group for over 30 years I have to say I grew accustomed to waiting way past my appointment times, being sent all over for simple tests and procedures, going out to pharmacies to wait again for medications etc. I had no idea going to the Dr, could be this pleasant. They fit me in immediately the same day to get additional services I needed and had my prescriptions ready immediately for pick up in the lobby when I was done. That has never happened to me before, I used to dread anything involving seeing the Dr. I’m thrilled with the service I got today and my new Dr. Thank you for making a great and lasting first impression on me as a new patient Kaiser permanente.
The staff are always helpful and cheerful and they have fantastic personalities! Keep up the amazing attitudes!
With my doctor, you have to schedule 1.5 - 2 months out just to get an appt. If that’s the case you probably have too many patients! When I do need something from my drs office, I have to call multiple times to see anything happen. I get different information from each person I talk to - and it’s just a big nightmare every time!
I’ve been to this location twice and have had nothing but great experiences! Everyone I came into contact with was nothing but kind and pleasant. I got my covid vaccine today and it was such a quick process. There is a line out the door but don’t let that scare you. They are so efficient you will be up to the front of that line in minutes. I couldn’t be happier.
This Team has done an incredible job staying organized for COVID vaccinations. They vaccinated over 600 people today with compassion, organization and amazing teamwork. I am so impressed and grateful for their efforts. Well done!!
Writing this as a warning to anyone who makes an appointment for Covid testing:I registered for a required Covid test at this location, and received a confirmation email with the time and date I was supposed to arrive for my test. When I showed up at the confirmed time, date, place, I was told that they were, “no longer doing these,” was given no alternative, and told that I would have to find somewhere else to get tested. When I asked why they send me a confirmation and told me to come at this time if they had stopped doing testing, I was told “unfortunately that’s just how it is.”Not only did I waste hours of my day driving here and for a fake confirmed appointment, but now I am stuck scrambling to try to find another place short notice to get tested. As a healthcare worker myself, I find this is completely unacceptable. Do better, Kaiser.
As a new customer, I am very disappointed with Kaiser and their platform.Their doctors are basically super inexperienced, and just following some scripted steps. finding an actual cause is not their job.The Doctor I visited was super inexperienced, and lack of knowledge. Their covid vaccination was extremely messed up and I had to find another third party to get the vaccine (I was qualified as a Health Worker)Most of their doctors are young and inexperienced, very low standards services, and overall zero star.
I was booked for a general wellness exam that was supposed to be 30 minutes. I waited for over an hour and was seen for less than ten. Dr. Powell saw me and was rushed and abrupt, blaming me for making the wrong type of appointment. This was in spite of the fact that I told her that I’d made an appointment for a general wellness exam -that the scheduling nurse made a mistake. When I got frustrated because I needed a refill on medication that’d been prescribed from another provider, she abruptly told me that I’d just have to wait. This medication is an anticonvulsant which can cause seizures or a life-threatening rash if discontinued abruptly. When I insisted that that medication and my birth control be filled, she did so, but that was the end of the visit. When I went to my Kaiser profile after the appointment, my profile was flagged as hostile. Literally the worst care I’ve received from a primary care provider in my life.
I first started going to Kaiser about 12 years ago (Group Health back then). I have been to a dozen other places over the years, and I would rather be at Kaiser. My experience at Kaiser has always been smooth, prompt, and friendly. I have always felt cared for as a real person, from every receptionist, CNA, Nurse, Doctor, specialist, and Pharmacist. The system has been painless compared to other places I've been to. They manage to deliver quality care and clear medical instructions that help me stay healthy. Thanks for everything!
I found the pharmacy and lab to be staffed by very friendly and competent individuals at this location. The check-in was seamless, and the wait time was really short to receive services.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
