He is a great doctor, takes time to answer all your questions
I have been going to Dr Albrecht for several years and he is the best Doctor I have ever gone to. He always takes time to answer all my questions and explain things so I can understand. Very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend him.
This is the very best doctor I have ever known
I have been going to Dr Albrecht for several years now and cannot say enough good things about him. He is very knowledgeable and always takes time to explain things and answer any questions I might have. I would highly recommend him.
Dr. Albrecht saved my life. I was referred to him by my primary care provider for consult about how my medications were affecting my kidneys. He ordered lab tests which came back as within normal range. He had also suggested an ultrasound at my first visit with him. When he called me with the test results, I asked if I should still go ahead with the ultrasound. He said yes, it would be good to have a baseline. The ultrasound revealed a small cancerous tumor in my kidney. I was having no symptoms at all. I would not have known it was there until I developed symptoms and by then the tumor would be larger and likely metastatic. Due to his intuition in recommending the ultrasound, the tumor was found early. I had kidney surgery and the tumor was completely removed and had not spread. Two of my other doctors have told me they may not have gone forward with the ultrasound based on my lab results at the time and remarked on the accuracy of his intuition about the need for it.
My primary care provider referred me to Dr. Albrect for a consult about how my medications might be affecting my kidneys. I was having no symptoms of kidney problems at all. Based on my medical profile and age, he ordered lab tests and an ultrasound. The lab results came back within normal range. I asked if I should still have the ultrasound and he said yes. The ultrasound revealed I had a small cancerous tumor in my kidney. Because I had no symptoms, the tumor would have been much larger and likely metastatic by the time I developed symptoms. I had kidney surgery which successfully removed the tumor and it had not spread. Two of my other physicians have expressed admiration for his intuition in going forward with the ultrasound. They said they may not have made the same decision based on the lab numbers and were happy for me that he followed his intuitive assessment of the need for it. He is kind, a good listener and explains medical information clearly. I highly recommend him.
He is the best Doctor in the world he cares about you and takes his time with you. He takes excellent care of me. I trust him with my life.
I was seen by this so called Dr. as friendly he may seem, I visited him for over 5 years, 4 or 5 times per year as my kidneys were going from marginal GFR to Chronic Kidney Disease; I feel I was railroaded to go under the knife or sell me Dialysis The Trust and Respect I had for Dr. Albretch has been lost, I do not recommend this Dr. at all. However, his Nurses/Staff are top of the line.
I can't say enough good things about Dr A. Truly cares and treats me as an individual. Is interested in whole person. Phones me at home to share test results and discuss their meaning.
Takes time with his patients knowledgeable, kind to staff and patients

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
