My first appointment were good and doctor was friendly. The follow up appointment I came late by 10 minutes and doctor cancelled the appointment without any notice. To make a point it takes 25 -30 min for me to come to the place and that too on a working day . I have to take 2 hours leave . The round trip from uber itself costs about 100 dollars itself. This is so unprofessional.

Completely deceptive billing practices.

Heather Haberman seems like she was not sure what she was doing. Nice lady but the prescriptions that she prescribed were wrong and made my condition worse. She seemed a bit embarrassed when I corrected her and got defensive.

Our first appointment was fine. The doctor was professional, friendly and helpful. However, just before our follow-up appointment, I was informed that my son’s appointment was being canceled because of his insurance. Mind, we aren’t using insurance. We are cash patients. We paid cash for for the first appointment and were planning to pay cash for the second appointment. But because of who my son is insured with, we weren’t welcomed back. I’m in the medical field and I handle insurance claims every day. I’ve never heard of a practice turning away cash patients.

Waited over an hour to be seen, saw the doctor for 4 minutes, charged me for 45-59 minutes.

Extremely long wait times, I waited over an hour to be seen. Received my bill and they charged me for 45-59 minutes. I called to ask about the charges, the person explained that there was someone else who you better help me and she would pass my information onto them. A couple weeks go by and no call. 3rd week comes, the office Manger calls me with no record of my previous conversation, tells me this is just how we bill based on your case it was a moderate issue so will bill based on that. I told it only took him 4 minutes, what makes it moderate? No answer. Told me that's what my bill is, and asked me how do you want to pay? I should've read reviews prior to going, that would've saved me the time and money.

I contacted this clinic because they were on my insurance's website as a clinic that takes my insurance, sometimes the insurance's website is wrong so I reached out the Dermatology office and asked if they actually DID take my insurance. They said yes but I need a referral. So I got a referral and made an appointment at the dermatologist.Well once they actually got my insurance card 5 days before my appointment, they apparently no longer have capacity for people with my insurance and have no available appointments, even though I already had a time slot booked! This was extremely disappointing because they have the time (I had the appointment booked), it seems they just don't want to deal with my insurance even though they initially said they would. After coming here and seeing all their negative reviews, maybe a dodged a bullet.

One of PA prescribed me Isotretinoin for acne. She told me to use it under eyes for preventing wrinkles. After using Isotretinoin for 5 months, I am in excruciating pain now Suffering with severe dry eyes. I am in pain every day. My eye doctor told me never use any retinoids under eyes. Thanks to your incompetent staff. I wish I would have never gone there.
