Covid testing hours that they send you and that are posted are not correct. At 11:50am they were closed. Security sent me away. Had to find somewhere else for a test.
The lady that attended to me at the lab was very rude. The chair in the room was freshly disinfected and wet, so I asked her about it..and she said, "Did you not hear when I told you, that the chair is wet when you came in?' I told her, no I did not.It was the tone of her voice towards me that irked me, I was in too much pain to react.I did not expect that from an institution that is supposed to respect and serve everyone.
Appointment on time and service very friendly and professional .
They got me in quick for a follow-up eye care visit. Dr. Mekouar was the sweetest doctor I’ve ever met. She listened to me and gave me exactly what I needed. Great experience all around!
Needed to be cured of an infection before an operation. With the short pharmacy hours-none on the weekends,I couldn't get it done
Today I go into Kaiser at 4:15 to get a letter WITH A MASK ON COVERING MY FACE and the weirdo at the front gave me a mask to ADD or REPLACE MY MASK???? Then followed me trying to make Me. It’s already a strange predicament and someone wants to make it stranger? Something needs to be done about that.I wear a mask to prevent being talked to by anyone.I don’t feel comfortable with alot of people FOR THIS REASON nowadays. Totally unacceptable Kaiser.
They were very helpful from the time you walk in, wait was ok for our appointment time everyone is friendly. Really like our Doctor.
I'm completely disgusted. I contribute about 700 dollars a month thru work for this plan.tye doctors are awesome, most of the pharmacy workers are great. However there are a few that seem to need to be extremely concerned about billing. Sometimes I need them to bill me and I pay it online later. We are at 1 salary now and money is tight. Today ,the 2nd time, the pharmacist gave me a long lecture about billing me, she shouldn't do it, she's making a note that it will never be offered again etc etc. Why is she concerned about the bill? I help pay her salary and my co-pays are ridiculously high for medicine on a plan that's more expensive than my old one where I paid at retail pharmacies and it was cheaper. None of that is her fault and my bill is not her concern either. What a rude, degrading experience. Disgusting
Excellent care, efficient, and informative. Receive great eye care for chronic eye issues. Never have to wait, easy to make appointments, and polite well-trained providers. I feel listened to, never rushed, a part of my care process, and well informed by MD. Easy check in and ability to get rx within 10 min of appmt. Great job Kaiser.
I saw Dr. Stephanie Clendaniel friendly yet professional , efficient, punctual, informative. She wasn’t bothered by all my questions . I recommend her & would definitely see her again .

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
