Being a younger Dr as Dr Tinkerhess is I was sceptical at first on how All would go when establishing him as my primary physician as I actually have been going to this establishment for over 20yrs and my Dr (Dr Dillard) had retired a few yrs back and from some injuries I started going back to my Dr again on a more "regular" basis.. But all I can say is Dr Tinkerhess is a really great, he takes the time to individualize his patients and connects with his clients on a personal level. I'm very fortunate to have him as my physician and actually don't dread on going to see the Dr now.. A+
