I think Vancouver is so lucky to have such a brilliant surgeon. I found him to be kind and willing to answer all of my questions. I write my questions down before I see Doctors. I had surgery by Dr. Hauck. It couldn’t have turned out better. The people in his office were kind. I am so happy to have found him.

Dr. Hauck was courteous, unrushed and prepared. I had an injection procedure that he explained thoroughly and performed perfectly. He explained aftercare and my new prescription thoroughly. i was able to pick it up at an outside pharmacy 15 minutes after I left my appointment! His assistant was also excellent.

Dr. Hauck was courteous, present and thorough. I had an injection procedure. He explained it thoroughly and performed it perfectly. He explained aftercare and my new prescription clearly. All through, he was warm and interested in my somewhat lengthy and complex history. I would recommend him unconditionally.

I find the doctor to be rude and unkind. He was in looked at my eyes and said perfect. Handed me a prescription. Not professional or friendly. I will not be back

Dr. Hauck has no bedside manners, appears irritated when you ask him questions, and seems least concerned about his patients. His tech did a much better job at being professional and informative than the MD himself.

Blown away by his demeanor when meeting him for the first time. Rude, dismissive, didn't make eye contact, walked out of the room as I was trying to elicit the details from him. I'll never go back. He's got zero empathy skills.
