I know there’s wait times in hospitals but it’s also a bit ridiculous that unless you’re dying it takes 5 hours minimum to be seen. I was on state insurance yet somehow still was charged for xrays, and was never told by the hospital until I had a bill mailed to me by collections FOUR MONTHS later. My sister is there and went TEN hours without being checked on for anything by anyone. Just make the drive to Olympia.

A hospital should be more concerned with the well being of the patient than their own bottom line.

My outpatient surgery experience was top notch. Everyone with whom I came into contact was personable and professional. They inspired confidence, plus they were likable. Prep work went without a hitch.I'm not just rating this because the outcome was positive. I would think these are the types of clinicians in whose care to be, especially if the news is less than cheery.I was spared driving to a larger county without compromising quality of care, and with the bonus of a more personal vibe.

I tried to take my son here last night, they had us waiting over 5 hours and there was no end in sight. My son is autistic and it's hard for him to sit that long at a hospital! We had to leave! My son wasn't a priority to them! I recommend them to make a children's ER that way children aren't waiting for adults to be seen. Children need to to be seen too....

Joke of a hospital! Night shift receptionist was very rude.

Took awhile to get help, but it’s not their fault unvaccinated aholes are clogging up the place…

Absolutely amazing top to bottom! From the woman's health ( huge shout out to Dr Mo! ), to the emergency room, and the surgery center. No one wants to be sick and dealing with unexpected health issues, but every singe step of the way, from front desk, to nurses, to doctors I was treated with amazing compassion, professionalism and care. Thank you all for helping me in a great time of need. Your work is deeply appreciated.

Worst Hospital ever. Parking lot basically empty. 10pm at night. Waiting 5 hours for no reason. When finally got a room the nurse light was blinking for more then 5 minutes and yet no nurse. Makes me wonder. This isn't the 1st time that this has happened. It's even better on how much the doctors,nurses,receptionist and even there own security play around behind closed doors. Almost certain they should rename it to clowns hospital

I just wanna give a shout out to all the workers and the receptionist over at the short stay surgery unit. I’m a newly amputee I lost my leg right below the knee. I have an infection and the infection disease doctor wanted me to get IV anabiotic infusions every morning at 7 AM for 60 days I said the only way I can do that if somebody can come get me from my car.And that’s exactly what they’ve been doing for 50+ days the girls come out and get me usually have my coffee and water ready in my room! Thank you to Barbie and all the nurses at Centralia surgical short stay unit!

My wife has been sitting here for over 3 hrs and still hasn't gotten in. There are 3 people ahead of her also. I wonder how long they've been in here. It's not that busy at all too. Should have went to Olympia. Update. After waiting for to long she talked to the TN and she said the average wait is usually 8 hours. She checked her blood pressure and it had came down some so she walked out.
