I have been trying to get in to see Dr. Black for over 3 months. I've heard she is excellent. I've signed up online twice and was given an appointment both times. Neither time was I seen since they don't use the online system they have set up. I asked to see the doctor was told to refill out all the paperwork which I was assisted with. I was assured I would hear back from Doctor Black's office "Probably not tomorrow by Tuesday." That was 2 weeks ago. I've called every day and no response.

Dr. Black did a great job with my first health exam. She was so kind and friendly. The check-in was friendly as well - he explained everything to me with my insurance. Highly recommend!

Dr Black always listens to my questions and concerns about my healthcare. She genuinely cares about me as a person and patient.
