List of Walter L Williams's Reviews
Jennifer is my dermatologist and I love her. After using the products she recommended my skin problems have almost disappeared completely. Thank you Jennifer
I am always treated wonderfully and professionally, and I am always in and out very quickly. The Dr. Is very good at what he does, he is just a no b.s. Dr, just the facts, I like that, he is also a bit "old school" with hair loss in woman treatments, but really I see it as a good thing, he isn't risky with my health. Sometimes the wait to get an appointment is a bit long, but worth it, Dr Williams and his associate Jen Nichols have helped me so much over the last 3 years
My husband has been seeing Dr. Williams for a number of years and respects his skills as a dermatologist. We recently moved from the LC Valley to the mountains, Dr. Williams told him all he had to do was stop by or call the office and he could get him seen within a reasonable amount of time. Ok, neato a doctor that cares. Well that caring DOES NOT transfer to his office staff. My husband walked in last Wednesday 10/27/21, with a worsening chronic condition. He was told his standing appointment was in January 2022 and the next available appt wasn't until March 2022. I realize "the pandemic" has changed the way things work, but did it truly have to remove empathy from peoples hearts. He is currently in search of a dermatologist who can see him sooner rather than later.
I highly recommend Dr. Williams. I have been a patient of Dr. Williams for many years and feel secure with his dermatology care. He is caring and thorough with his examinations, and has a great staff.
This office is wonderful, would not go any place else. ❤️👍
This is not a doctor that takes the time to do a examination. He looked over my torso and said everything looked fine. The problem was that he did not look to hard, I had to point out 2 large tumors on my lower torso. He seemed a bit off, had me make an appointment for a couple of weeks later. Never saw him, saw a young student "nurse" and another "NP" I would say between 22 and 24 . She had the student take a sample from one of the tumors, she messed up and I'll call it a "poke" into the other tumor and it drained somewhere right away. they gave me some cream, told me to come back in 5 weeks, The Cream medicine was not doing it's job. Gave me another month supply, after 2 1/2 weeks of using it I went up to the Big city to a Cancer specialist, they did a full examine, The doctor in Clarkston did a poor cursor job. I got on web site that shows patient's ratings of Doctor's, I saw that this doctor was rated 2 stars. I for got to check the ratings before I went to this doctor
He was with me for the shortest time I have ever had with a doctor on a serious health issue ( my tumors are cancer) Never saw him again. I had a young medical student and a NP? about 22-24 y.o. (I guessing. The senior nurse had the student, draw off a sample, all of a sudden the second tumor disappeared, apparently the young "student did't draw the sample for the Lab properly. Later I got the results, Cancer in the Carcinoma Family. Went back about 5 weeks later my tumor had not improved. They made an appointment for months later. I got a new Doctor right away up he Spokane. He was focused and treated the tumors correctly!!
My husband was referred to this office by his rheumatologist. When they called on May 7, 2019 to schedule his appointment we were told that the Doctor only sees one Medicaid patient a week (we currently have Molina / Provider One). The earliest he could be scheduled is after Jan 1, 2020. I said we were looking to change our insurance to Premera Blue Cross at the end of the month and I was told, "...in that case, we can schedule you in June." I told the office I would be finding someone who doesn't discriminate on the bases of income.
Hard to schedule. Only derm in the valley and they act like it. Office staff is kind but clueless (lots of "I have to check" and "we need to get back to you" on what I thought was basic questions). Medical staff is AWFUL. Interacted with someone named Wynn (Win???) and she was rude and abusive and absolutely incompetent. Doc is ok. Seemed rushed and in was disinterested in exploring anything other then his diagnosis which he expressed utter irrevocable confidence (to his credit he was right... just wish he would have been willing to discuss it and consider other possibilities). Office was excellent about following up to see if my son's condition was improving (called at least once a week) but when we had a question for the doc, he called and seemed to have us confused with someone else. Beautiful office setting. We will not be going back.
Very nice facility. Good doc, nurses and staff!! Worth the hour drive there.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
