Excellent in every way! Dr Jones is very knowledgeable and extraordinarily compassionate. His listening skills are excellent. He truly cares about his patients. He is an amazing doctor in every way.

Dr. Jones is an excellent communicator, which is often hard to find in a physician-patient relationship. I an very pleased with my experience with him, which included a colonoscopy. I recommend without reservation.

Dr. Jones is a caring provider who goes to great lengths to help his patients. Not only is he incredibly thorough in his explanations of medical concepts and procedures, he is ready and willing to discuss any concerns about your care. Dr. Jones is incredibly knowledgeable in his field - in my appointments he will often pull out his phone and show me new findings relating to my celiac disease. He takes great interest in new avenues of care and constantly challenges his own knowledge of medicine - I mentioned a novel treatment to him (currently in FDA trials) to which he immediately asked where he could learn more. Dr. Jones also wrote a very personalized letter to my landlord for me, recommending I vacate a prior living arrangement, as I was in an environment around roommates who would maliciously and intentionally expose me to gluten - nearly costing me a semester at WSU due to declining health. For this alone I cannot thank him enough - I am beyond grateful to be a patient of his.

Dr. Jones was everything I was hoping for and more. He spent a lot of time examining me, taking my history, and then explaining exactly what he thought I had in a way that was very easily understood. He answered all of my and my husband's questions patiently and thoroughly. He has a wonderful bedside manner and puts you at ease immediately. I was also very impressed with the fact that he actually took into consideration something that I had found on the internet, did some research into it, and then ordered a couple of tests based on what he found. It is a rare Dr. indeed who takes your internet research seriously and doesn't dismiss you as an idiot. I HIGHLY recommend!

Dr. Jones was so kind and empathetic during my year-long struggle with C-Diff Colitis in 2013. I had been being treated by other doctors and finally was referred to him after I had become extremely sick from antibiotics. He listened to the research I had done on my own about the relatively unknown stool transplant procedure and unlike other doctors, supported my decision and agreed to do the procedure despite never doing it before. I have been C-Diff free for 5 years and am so thankful!

I was referred to Dr. Jones for a periodic Barrett's Esophagus check. He was exceptionally thorough in explaining this condition and how to judge its severity, before scheduling an upper endoscopy and tissue sampling. I have been treated by other gastroenterologists and had this procedure before. He was also very thorough and informative in explaining his findings afterwards, as well as his recommendation for continued medication. He was very friendly, and I would rate him as an exceptional MD.

I love Dr. Jones! He's so down to earth, personable and puts things in terms I can understand! He's also very knowledgeable and that makes me comfortable with his recommendations medically.
