List of Eagle Springs's Reviews
If you care about your family or loved ones you will not take them here or recommend them. They treat the seniors terribly, incredible lack of care, BEWARE.
Eagle Springs provides a safe, comfortable, warm, and caring environment for my grandfather, who is unable to live independently due to the severity of his dementia. I was very apprehensive about placing him in memory care at first, but the great staff at Eagle Springs have taken consistently great care of him, and helped to make it a positive experience.
Outstanding facility..AAA+++
Do not pay there vendors.
Great staff
This was the second memory care placement for my husband - the first did not work out. Despite this being a 65 miles drive they convinced me it was the right place for him. In fact one of our last meetings Glen asked why I placed him there. I told him: because you and Ruth kept badgering me for two months even after I said no.When I place him I warned them about certain skin problems he had but evidently they didn't listen. I also placed him on the day before the February snow hit so it was 10 days before I could get there to see him. I called every day and they said he was doing fine, sleeping well, eating ,etc. When I finally made it in I was told by Janet that he was not sleeping well of which I suggested getting melatonin which is what I used at home. I thought they would call the doctor but didn't. When I was able to get in 5 days later - the same problem with sleeping. A week later I checked my mail to find a bottle of trazadone - an antidepressant used for sleep. Come to find out I placed him on Wednesday, they contacted the doctor and started him on the on Monday. They never said a word to me in all our conversations. Had to fight with his doctor to get him off it onto melatonin. Did I say I HATE BEING LIED TO.The 4 months he was there was always a battle for good care. He lost 25 pounds while there but they did not seemed concerned. In fact, when I stopped by the VA to weigh him, then told them, they weighed him and he weighed almost 15 pounds more which they blamed the VA scales being wrong. But my home scales agreed with the VA.Despite numerous meetings with Glen, Anita, Ruth, even the social worker nothing seemed to ever change. They lock their room doors so they can't go in unless someone sees them trying to get in. I finally had them make a key for me to use leaving it at the front desk when I left. Even after filing complaints with Adult Protective Services things did not improve. Evidently they had about 8 complaints they were investigating besides mine. In the end concerning my husband they were cited for three violations.I think this could be a nice facility cause Glen and Anita are trying but until they get support for more help and competent care from their corporate office, I doubt things won't improve much. They have one RN for the facility who is often out doing assessments or meetings.
My mom was there a month and a half feel 4 times (having no history of frequent falls) fall number 3 resulted in a broken hip staff put her back to bed she feel again. Got a lot of double talk. Wouldn't send my worst enemy there
GREAT place to work, this community is warm and welcoming always seeing to the residents with smiling faces.
Freindly, personable staff-great place to be
that all employees treat residents as family and we always will treat them as family even their family members as family and plus there's four past co-workers that work together from a different facility

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
