In and out no long wait and accomplished what I needed from pharmacy in a matter of a few min.

Terrible customer service at both the clinic and the pharmacy

Called to ask a simple question and whoever answered the phone would not let me finish a sentence before interrupting, and was very rude.

These folks were so helpful. We called from Bellingham and they answered their phone and we took the trip to get the vaccine. They worked very late and helped us even though we arrived after their closing time.

This is a great clinic. The staff here care deeply about patients. While following the Covid guidelines, they all were courteous and showed good experience, competence and knowledge in the interactions and treatments. I visited this place to get stitches done after an axe accident. Experience of getting treatment here could not have been better. I thank Kelly, Erva, Dr. Garcia and other staff members for the first class care I received.

An absolutely terrible experience at the Seamar clinic in Concrete, WA. I fell this morning, and hurt my ankle. I am newly relocated to Concrete, WA, and asked a local where the nearest urgent care was. The referred me to the Seamar clinic. I was treated by Dr. Garcia. I did not have an appointment, but was admitted by his staff. As I was waiting for him in the exam room, I heard him proclaim loudly "some people should have an appointment, some people need to go to lunch." When he entered the room, I apologized for not having an appointment. He responded in a nasty tone "It's common courtesy to call ahead". He examined my foot, and they took X-rays. My foot was extremely swollen, though he said it didn't look like it was broken. My foot was swelling, and throbbing with pain, and overwhelmed with unpleasant treatment from Dr. Garcia, I started to cry. He said "I think you are overreacting, are you mentally ill?" I am not mentally ill btw, but even if I was, the tone in which he asked me this was not at all appropriate. I certainly will never visit the Seamar Clinic again. If Dr. Garcia cannot provide care with the slightest bit of empathy and compassion, perhaps he should not be practicing medicine. I checked reviews here, and it seems others may have had an unpleasant experience with him as well.

Quite capable and friendly staff and Dr. Garcia is a good physician. I've been a contented patient for 7 years now and I would hate to have to break in another doctor and staff. ; )

Sea Mar takes the time to treat the patient as a whole, not just one symptom at a time. The staff are friendly and committed to exceptional service and site leadership maintain open door policies.

This place is a damn joke and has been for many years. If you EVER encounter Dr.Garcia I am personally sorry. He couldn't tell the difference between a pimple or mersa. He's a pill pushing doc in the box.

Had to change Doctors due to the fact that my Dr. of 13 years lost her compassion and refused to help me when I was having a problem. I saw Dr. James Stout and he took over for me and within a day or 2 I was sleeping better and felt the best that I felt in over 8 years. I don't know what it was he did but he gave me something to help me sleep and from the first night on I was sleeping through the night an had more enthusiasm for life than I've had in years. I was skeptical at first because I heard bad things about SeaMar in another town that I lived in , however I needed to find a Dr, in Concrete and this was my only option. I'm so glad I had to because Dr. Stout fixed things that I've been battling for years with. Needless to say I highly recommend This Doctor and this clinic and pharmacy. Very courteous and professional!
