List of Skagit Regional Health - Darrington Family Medicine's Reviews
First time I visited Darrington Clinic, the Provider took me seriously. My family has a history of Strokes, I’m 71 and family strokes start at age 64 in my family. Kelli took me seriously and listened to my Carotid Arteries and heard a huge difference between Left and Right. She sent me in for an ultrasound and low and behold, I was ready for a stroke. Kelli saved my Life, I can’t thank her enough. Kudos to Darrington Clinic and Kelli Kraft ARNP, etc. Thank you so much!
I was treated very well during my visit with Kelly..I felt listened to .she answered my concerns and took a proactive approach to my reason for coming in..I left with answers .. The staff in the office greatas well
Highly recommend, Dr. K makes visits more comfortable. He supports personal decisions and collaborates with you to help accommodate your personal lifestyle needs and goals.
Doctor and staff were very friendly and professional, always a good experience
Arrived for a new patient appointment 15 minutes before my appointment as requested and per standard procedure to check in. Got checked in then waited 45 minutes, 30 of which was into my appointment time. I was alone in the waiting room and received no acknowledgement as to the delay. I could overhear a doctor through the wall loudly casually conversing with someone in his office the whole time who was not a patient. Once it hit 30 minutes into my appointment time I approached the receptionist and politely asked when I was going to be seen. She said she didn't know then said she would go check. She left and came back and seems excited to tell me it would be another 30-40 minutes and offered to reschedule me. I left because I was missing work to be there and couldn't afford to waste anymore time. This was an extremely poor experience all around. They wasted hours of my time, wasted my gas from Concrete and back and made me miss hours of work. If you can't honor your appointment times perhaps you should lead with that before someone arrives or at least when they are checking in. If I'm billed for my "visit" I'll have to escalate this beyond a Google review I guess. If you want to wait in an empty waiting room for over an hour listening to a doctor BS with someone while you're missing work to be there then this is the place for you.
Doctor Devon Kenziel has done me way better then any other doctor in that groupI haven't had any problems with the receptionist and any other doctors besides Gary schillhammer chill Hammer seem to like to play games with me took me a long time to get a referral chest pain specialist accused me of wanting drugs at first time I arrived there since I came from Garcia's office in concrete/Seymour
Better than before...always friendly staff. No waiting. Doc was even caring and listened. Short visit time. Very glad since I was in a lot of pain.
Kelli Kraft is hands down my favorite practitioner. My family so appreciates her attentiveness, and her empathetic, complete care has encouraged an elder family member of mine to seek regular and necessary medical care after decades of distrust. This has been no small accomplishment! Thank you Kelli! Elizabeth Colson
Kelli Kraft, ARNP is fantastic as is the rest of the staff of the Darrington Clinic!!
Again Oam and I would like to thank not only Doctor Shillhamer but also his staff for all the kind and thoughtful care shown to are family. And for the extra care that The Doctor shows for myself in these trying times. Thank you all sincerely Tony and Pam Acosta.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
