For over the years of having Dr. Perry as my primary care provider, personally, he is the awesomest physician I ever have since he is personable, has a great sense of humor and impeccable professionalism with plenty of grace under fire. He has one of the superb and impeccable bed side mannerisms, he listened to his patients holistically and treats his patients holistically. Though, he could have a big case load, he takes time and focus on the patient's needs as well requests. He responds to his patient's messages in the portal in a timely fashion and provides clear and concise information and instructions. He is to the point of CHC mission statement indicates and takes it to the next level.

Dr. Perry has been my PCP for about 5 years now. He was the first doctor I had that genuinely cared about my issues, since joining CHC. He listens, he explains, and he will take whatever time needed to help you understand treatment plans and medicines. I would recommend him to everyone, literally.
