Despite two previous MDs and two NPs not knowing what they were looking at, Dr. Berens knew immediately. She was wonderful. Not only that, but because of upcoming insurance changes that would have forced me to restart the entire process of seeking help (two months of doctors visits would have been wasted), she rearranged her schedule on the spot to take care of the issue right away. And, her work was flawless. I have a very clean incision (on my face) that is healing quickly and very well. Perfect! The staff at the Edmonds office from reception to nursing were also wonderful. I can't say thank you enough!!

Dr. Berens is always fully involved during a visit. She performed an emergency procedure to redo inadequate stitches on my injured nose to prevent noticeable scarring. She is a very skilled and caring physician.

Dr. Berens is just amazing. I first visited her office almost 2 years ago to consult about potential care. I was very apprehensive. She listened carefully to everything I was hoping to accomplish as well as all my concerns. She was very attentive and demonstrated sensitivity to both my wishes and my concerns. She arranged an initial plan that has been fabulous. Under her care I feel and look wonderful, and my confidence has grown as well. In every situation she has demonstrated extreme patience, knowledge, skill, and compassion. She is continuously improving and expanding her knowledge base and sharing options that she knows are of interest. She always takes time to check in, evaluate, and my office visits never feel rushed as can happen with some physicians. She treats each person as if they alone are her top priority. She seems to take a genuine interest in her patients, and this is evident in her care. I admire and trust Dr. Berens implicitly. I highly recommend her!

I am giving Dr. Berens an excellent and the best rating!. I definitely recommend Dr. Berens to perform any procedure on your face. It was a wonderful experience She was caring, knowledgeable and thorough. She answered every one of my questions about platismoplasty, neck liposuction with tite I was about to have. Also, the laser facial hair removal treatment is a procedure that is definitely worth it. The results were incredible. Now I don't have to worry about removing the face hair every two weeks. In conjunction with the removal of facial hair and the neck surgery Dr. Berens treated me with 4 sessions of IPL, which gave the touch-up of a wonderful result to my face. If you want a clean and soft face, I highly recommend a consultation with Dr. Berens who will answer any questions and recommend the appropriate treatment for you.
