As another poster wrote, poor followup and communication. I developed a severe chronic health condition which no specialist I've seen has said would resolve quickly yet still thinks I can "get better" within the year. I don't even have official diagnoses yet. Ridiculous.

Dr McMillen, is different than other doctors. The reason why I say this it's because he will take the time to figure out what is wrong with you instead of diagnosing you (visually)! I have a client who had a mean doctor. He was unsympathetic and care less and constantly belittled my client. I recommended her to switch to doctor McMillen and she it's so grateful for him and his practice. If I won the lotto today or tomorrow I would beg this doctor to be my entire family's doctor. HE LISTENS!!!!!

There was very little communication, might be that he is the head of the clinic. I never got follow ups or any information that I didn't have to pry from them. Testing that was done that was very important I got a two sentence letter saying nothing definitive at all. In person he is warm and has a decent bedside manner,but full of excuses as to why things that need to be done aren't yet. Overall the wonderful nurse was better about informing me of what was going on.
