Not making me wait a long time to get in and see the doctor. Anything 10 minutes or less is acceptable. I think I get in a few minutes before my appointment time.

We did not feel rushed, our questions were answered in layman's terms and the physician was personable and relatable. When the physician was not able to quickly answer a question an assistant was able to hear concerns and relay them to the doctor who later that day returned my call. I appreciate the promptness in that we were not playing phone tag all day.
