It’s our first ENT experience for me and my daughter. Dr. Lisa took all the time to explain what was happening; suggested solutions and went over the pros and cons of our options. She educated us about our condition and answered all our questions. Few doctors give you the time you need/want these days and she’s definitely one of them!

Dr Mulligan had clearly not read the results of the test the tech had just performed. I had to point out the results to her. She asked me what I attribute my hearing loss to. I thought a professional would be the one answering this question for me. The tech and front desk staff were positive and efficient.

I was there with a new but reoccurring pain in my ear and it feels like there is someone jabbing into the daith (soft tissue) a very sharp medical needle. Right off the batt there was no sympathy/empathy. I don’t think I’ll be back The scheduling dept was great. “Happy Hanaukah!!!! Mazel Tov.

She removed a tumor in my ear and restored my hearing above and beyond what anyone thought the outcome would be. She is an excellent surgeon. I give her the highest praises and will follow her anywhere she chooses to practice medicine.
