List of Swedish Medical Group's Reviews
Typically I adore Swedish campuses. However, I recently called to ask if dental was a service they provided or if I'd have to go elsewhere. Instead of an answer, the woman on the phone literally laughed at me and said "we obviously don't do dental here, it's urgent care", following with hanging up on me. Upon answering the phone, she did not give her name. But maybe some sensitivity training could be helpful to these women. No one should have to be laughed at and treated poorly for asking a question.
5 hours wait time? Is that even URGENT care anymore? Don’t come here and waste your time. There are many other urgent cares that have less wait time like Evergreen.
My wait time was 3 hours after I was told it be 1.5 hours. People were able to create appointments online to surpass my arrival time after the fact that I checked in extending my time. If I had been told it would be better to make an appointment online when I arrived at 9 am so I would lose my place then I would have done so but this was not offered. After I had been seen by the doctor he said I needed a culture done which usually takes 15-20 to process and that they would call me. That was 3 hours ago it’s is now almost the end of the day and no one has contacted me with results so I can get my prescription for strep throat. I just called the front desk again asking for an update and she said she'd leave a message for the nurses and there was no one available to assist right now. I feel like I have been left out in the wind by the office today and am very disappointed with the service I received when I've been so sick.
We called my wife's doctor's office after hours because she was having a serious adverse reaction to a new medication - they recommended that we go to Swedish Urgent Care and after drivin up from Seattle were told that they COULDNT HELP HER AND RECOMMENDED GOING TO AN ER!!!!!(?)Simply unbelievable as my wife was suffering anxiety/panic attacks..These people should be ashamed. Never again will we go there so go at your own risk
Came in with a thigh slashed from an ice hockey skate. Down to the muscle and bleeding pretty bad. Got me in quickly and sutured me up, was back on the ice within a couple weeks. Very professional, kind and attentive medical staff. Not my or my family's first time there, but they have always provided excellent and compassionate care.
I called to ask about making an appointment to come in to get a Covid test and the woman who answered the phone was honestly just the rudest and most dismissive person I’ve ever talked to from the first words out of her mouth. The way she answered the phone she already was annoyed I was even calling. Super combative, cut me off the rest of the phone call and practically hung up on me at the end of the 2 minute phone call. If this is how the first 120 seconds of an interaction here go, no wonder they have so many 1 star ratings. Super disappointed with Swedish here.
Long wait time!Very unprofessional never visiting this place again!
I've always received great care from this place. Great, kind staff, wait times are usually not too bad, MUCH shorter than if you go to ER.
I tried to get into see my primary doctor after a work related injury, however they couldn't see me for a week and I was forced to go to urgent care. The staff is friendly.. I appreciate being treated well and with kindness.I waited 45 mins to be seen by a dr. They came in and got my story then ordered X-rays and left. My X-ray tech was sweet and knowledgeable. After my X-ray I was brought to my room and waited for Dr. to come back. After 30 mins I went to front desk to check in and see how much longer. I was shooed away and told to go back to my room that the X-rays get sent to another building and read by someone else and then sent back. Like what???? I just wanted to know how much longer. I came back to my room and still waiting 25 mins later for an update,. Urgent care is a joke.. I always seem to have these issues . I don't mind waiting around but maybe someone could be courteous enough to check in with updates . Know before you go!
We waited a lot and left without seeing any doctor.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
