List of Swedish Medical Group's Reviews
I had a colon cancer and kidney stone surgeries a few days ago. The dedicated doctors and nurses worked very hard day and night. It's truly blessing to get recovered quickly with their excellent care and exceptional professional abilities. I feel blessed with extension of my life from deadly cancer. Nurse Kristi and many other nurses were excellent and kind. I respect their job and passion. Truly calling. Thank you and bless you all.
This is the worst hospital I've ever been in I'm a paraplegic they have hurt me they put me in this air mattress that shakes you to death no fun hurting me more then I already do I need a air mattress that works not one that's broken or shakes you They don't listen to me who do I talk to that has authority around here not the charge nurse someone higher up no one will help you when you call
Worse day surgery ever.. How do you send home an 80 old gentlemen with a catheter, no instructions on how to empty or care for. Wasnt attached properly almost came out. Was leaking urine because they forgot to put plug in.... Went to Mill Creek ER at 10:30 to get help.. Nurse's exact words where "Where they in a hurry? WTH?" Thank you to Nigel ,who after 2 hours, fixed the problem.. I understand every one is short staffed but this is ridiculous!!! Second day surgery in 2 weeks exact same thing happened first time except we spent a total of 14 hrs total on two different ER's ... Seems to me that Swedish Mill Creek ER is the only ones who care about patients...Thank you
Always a safe peaceful place
The nurses in the maternity ward are absolutely amazing. I had a great experience giving birth here.
Jennifer in the ER department behavioral department was very unprofessional and rude. Do not give me a phone number to get connected to people like this! 5 phone calls to find out where and what happened to my son. A very nice nurse named Nancy finally helped me and apologized for her actions.
Great healthcare service at Swedish. Bravo to the nurses and all healthcare workers for being in the frontline on the fight against Covid-19. We are grateful
Worst place do not bring loved ones or yourself here.Avoid CHARLENE at the information desk she likes to lie to the clowns of security and tell them someone has put their hands on her when I have a witness that saw I never even close enough to her to touch her.Clowns of security are so unprofessional they really picked a fool off the streets to “come protect them”Because if I’m wrong please correct me unless someone is being violent you do not take the approach of trying to be intimidating towards them putting gloves on like they will touch you or trying to puff out their chest. Put the donuts down honey go get some better training your chance of being a real cop is long over.
One of the worst ER experiences ever. I have been to ER hospitals that are busier and experience more shock trauma on a daily basis, but somehow those hospitals have the ability to provide enough medical professionals to handle updated care for ER patients. No communication from the Swedish Edmonds ER at all and basic nursing services are at the bare minimum.
Thank you for your kind service in the ER last night, and thank you for the referral. It WAS a torn retina and I had emergency surgery today.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
