Doctor Kimbrough was determined to understand the symptoms I described. As we talked, the answer to a particular question he asked led him to what was a missing piece of the puzzle. He lit up stating “I think I know what it is!” Apparently this diagnosis is difficult because it doesn’t happen frequently. After the diagnosis we then had a pathway to address next steps. We were both smiling! I am grateful for his curiosity and tenacity!

I am really impressed with his knowledge base and his approach to patient care. He has one of the most original, original perspectives I have seen. He is truly a physician, there to support patients healthcare challenges. Dr. Kimbrough sincerely cares about alleviating the mental stress that accompanies a diagnosis as well as the journey to reach a diagnosis if one has not been made. He takes the patients concerns seriously and offers actionable solutions. Additionally, even though he is an ear, nose, throat, doctor, he is also extremely skilled in diseases of the thyroid. he was able to explain thyroid dysfunction much better than two different. Endocrinologist that I had seen. Anyway, I really feel he is in medicine for the right reasons and highly recommend him.
