Dr Petty is a clear thinker, good communicator and inspires confidence. He gave thorough explanations and checked to be sure we were on the same page. When it became apparent that the situation was becoming an emergency he and took action ordering direct admittance to the hospital for urgent surgery. He was concerned for our wellbeing throughout. I'm so glad he works at KVH! We feel lucky to have had his care and expertise.
