Everyone I had contact with for this visit gave exceptional customer service. Dr Feng came into the exam room prepared to see me. He had reviewed my medical history and spent plenty of time with me. The nurse that came in to provide the details about the proceedure was also very helpful. This was probably one of my best medical experiences in years. I left there feeling I had had the best of medical advice.
