really rude staff, incredibly rude responses to simple questions that i had. making me feel stupid when i’m in extreme pain and need care/help. don’t recommend going here

I highly recommend traveling to Seattle or Yakima or anywhere nearby if you need a decent hospital for ANY REASON if you are able to do so. They have very closed minded staff who are disgustingly rude and get offended when you advocate for yourself (because with their degrees they know best) this is definitely only a hospital to attend if you absolutely need care the day of

WHAT A JOKE! Seriously do not go to this hospital, not only is there care awful they don't even take any reviews into consideration. If you look for just a few seconds at their replies you'll notice they're the same copy paste garbage every time. they also delete some of the reviews as well, this would be my second post.

The imaging department is outstanding. Everything, from start to finish. The check in process is efficient and streamlined. The waiting area is private, yet open. The techs are very personable and professional. They actually talk to you! They do everything they can to ensure a private and comfortable experience. I just can't say enough good about this place. A definite small town feel with big town quality.

If you have 25 minutes to live and it's 30 minutes to Yakima I highly recommend you take your chances and go to Yakima Memorial Hospital. KVH is a joke and has earned every bit of its reputation for being an incompetent sad excuse of a medical facility. I've witnessed first had several situations that could be described as nothing but ridiculous. Situations that put lives at risk and causing unnecessary pain and suffering to good people. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST...... Only reason I gave it one star is so I can post a review.

If you can, go to Urgent Care or anywhere else.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THEY GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO FIND A REASON TO REFUSE SERVICE . I would have given them a negative score if possible

If I could give 0 stars I would.. just drive to the next town over .. they are extremely unhelpful and incompetent. Yikes! "Devoted" ya right.

If you have *any other options* go there. This hospital is absolutely not worth it! Their billing is a mess, my partner has had to do extra MRIs because results have been lost (and he's supposed to avoid unnecessary radiation due to his condition). I still don't have feeling in my hand 5 years later after being reassured that I didn't need to have any follow up. They don't communicate with other hospitals *at all* for results. And most of the time their staff is grumpy/rude or unprofessional. Stay away from here if you can! I'd give it negative stars if I could.

I’m am so frustrated with KVH’s billing department. First, I was making payments for debt owed in 2020. To my surprise, I am served papers stating that they are suing me for this debt. Now I’m responsible for their attorney fees & court fees so now my debt is doubled. The following week…. I get a check from KVH! At this moment, I realize they were not correctly applying my money to the debt that I thought I was paying. To be honest, I don’t know what they were doing with my money. I am assuming they were collecting interest on it!! Nobody ever called me to let sme know that the money I was sending wasn’t being matched to the debt that I owed. But they sure are sue happy. They had no problem contacting their attorneys. Oh also, they served the legal documents to my child, a minor. If you are doing business with this company, I recommend that you reconcile your account and keeps notes of who and when you talk to them. Unbelievable! I would give them negative stars. Funny because they just sent me a bill from 2018!!!! I think they don’t like my review. Why would you send a bill from 5 years ago??? When the statute for limitations is 6? KVH actually reversed the bad debt write off…maybe we need to review their financial statements??? Someone please tell me what accounting method this is…
