Customer service is absolutely on point here! Every single associate at Valley Vision has always gone above and beyond when I’ve come in, called or text. I never have an issue getting in for an appointment or picking up/receiving my orders. We recently moved from the Valley and we still continue to use them because of the excellent customer service. 🙌🏼❤️ Not to mention the AMAZING selection of eye wear 😮💨❤️💯

I moved to Ellensburg within this year and was looking for a good eye care center. I have beyond average challenges to my vision. While the new computer system for enrollment (Jan 2023) left some things to be desired, I found the office reception very professional. I was examined by Dr. E. Johnson and his assistant, and found them to be attentive to my questions and concerns. I went for a wellness exam and left feeling that Valley Vision will the center to pursue my eye care needs.

I needed cataract surgery and I was terrified. Dr Faith, the surgeon, put me at ease and my surgery went perfect. All the personnel at Valley Vision is nice and respectful. All questions are answered promptly and courteously. I'm a writer and can't trust my eyes to just anybody. On a scale from 1 to 10, I give them a 20 for outstanding plus.

Got me in the same day I called, no masks required.. totally optional… great staff and Dr. Jordan not only listened but was very thorough, gave a great treatment plan and was exceptionally knowledgeable!! I was in and out within an hour… GREAT STAFF!!!

I love this eye doctor's office they are so sweet and they actually listen. Dr Meyer is the best doctor I have ever had she listened and even understood what n.f was and how I needed extra-help with my eyes. I highly recommend this office.

Had to go back three times in one month to get a somewhat doable rx for contacts. Realized they did not work for me but the staffs attitude was not very welcoming after the third visit so I ended up going elsewhere. Out about $700 for all of it.

My first experience with this office was extremely positive! Dr. Meyer was very personable and she was willing to answer multiple questions from me at great length. I appreciated the fact that she was willing to work through the questions I had and never felt rushed. The only issue I had was finding a set of frames that I liked. I've been using a specific brand for the last decade and had a hard time switching after so long. However, they had a great selection and I found a pair I really liked.
