I think it is time for her to retire. She has become judgemental, cold, and uncaring. Focused on quantity of patients instead of quality of care. Not the person I met several years ago when establishing a primary care relationship.

First, I showed up 15 min early for my appointment as requested. I was taken into the exam room 10 min past my appointment time. I was in the exam room for 45 min before I was seen by Dr. Cate. When she spoke to me it was condescending and many of the questions were very irrelevant and had nothing to do with my complaints. I was sent home with an order for X-rays to see how full my sinuses are (didn't seem appropriate to see fluid). Allergy meds and a nasal steroid spray. I was at the dr for 1 1/2 hours majority of it waiting. The remainder talking about nothing at all. I went home and used home remedies and have been feeling Ok.
