I never met the dr, but I sat waiting for someone to see me for an hour. It was just for a consult. I show up at the hospital and the appointment was in another building, someone should have told me that prior. This isn't the first time this has happened to me.

Dr. Tom had me patched up and back to training at nearly full volume three weeks after a laparoscopic procedure. I ran the Cascade Crest 100 three months later. The pre-op, procedure, and recovery all went very well. His staff and the staff at KVH General Surgery are professional and courteous. Super important in my case: Dr. Tom understands the needs of mountain and endurance athletes like climbers, skiers, and ultrarunners and can work well with them.
