After several attempts to have an in-person visit, both with confirmation messages beforehand, my partner has only been able to do zoom meetings. Those reminder messages could have communicated the issues, or there could have been other attempts to let us know that an in person meeting wasn't possible, instead of scheduling to just do it online last second. So far, very unprofessional, and hoping at this point we can find another sleep specialist.

Staff is fabulous, Dr Doyle is friendly and easy to get along with. Very knowledgeable. Wish their co.puter system was more integrated from one department to another, we had to walk to the cpap area to get info about my cpap download.
