I was redirected here from Everett clinic Mill Creek after an eye injury. Even without having my identification on me, they were able to help. Kind, informative, and prompt. A wonderful experience! Highly recommended!
I have been with the Everett Clinic for 30 years as a patient through them. I was in a motorcycle accident 3 weeks ago with six broken ribs. Not only did they make me drive around to walk in clinics by my house that are closer and almost passing out behind the wheel. Melonie in the refill department was extremely rude on both accounts and would not refill my medication. Extremely disappointed with how they have handled this. If I could post zero stars I would.
If the office manger wasn’t so kind and responsive, I’d give this clinic 0 stars. Anyways, I went in for a sinus infection and had to wait in my car due to symptoms in common with Covid. When I was called, the nurse/medical assistant said “You don’t sound like a Kayla, what’s up with that.” She then giggled then hung up. The staff didn’t take my issue seriously, the person putting my info into the computer said “I tried calling the number on the file, but it went straight to voicemail and the first and last name were completely different, I pulled out my phone to show the call had connected. They then told me nobody from the office called, that it was someone from the call center, which another MA told me was false. The doctor wouldn’t give antibiotics despite being told that with my immune disorder that sinus infections do not clear up with just Vitamin C, Afrin and Guaifenesin. The office manger found out who called me right away and addressed the issue, but it should have never happened in the first place. I will not be back.
Don't go to this Everett Clinic, go somewhere else! The staff is rude and disrespectful. The receptionist talk down to you like they are better than you. I asked my doctor for a referral and she told me she was too busy. She said to go somewhere else! Unprofessional!!!! Apparently they've never heard of bedside manner.
I came to the Silverlake Urgent care at the end of January for an apparent respiratory infection. I had the Flu at the beginning of December and have a history of developing Pneumonia and respiratory infections in the weeks following a major illness like the Flu. I saw Edward Swensen, PA-C. He was extremely dismissive of my condition and prescribed me an Albuterol inhaler and sent me on my way. In the weeks since, i've gotten progressively worse; i've now had a fever for three days straight, can't sleep at night, and my entire chest feels like it's on fire from coughing so much. I went to a different Walk-In location last night, and the doctor couldn't believe that I hadn't been prescribed antibiotics. I've suffered unnecessarily for weeks and had every aspect of my life negatively impacted because Edward Swensen dismissed my condition.
This company is the McDonald's of healthcare. It's an absolute joke with horrible service
Checked in at 805am, it's 923am and have yet to be seen.
I saw Dr. Gmeiner at the Silver Lake clinic for a vaccine reaction. I presented with red, raised hives across my chest and generalized weakness. Dr. Gmeiner implied that my allergic reaction was all in my head and asked if I had tried meditation before as that "helps allergic responses go away." I was surprised with how dismissive and condescending she was when providing care. When I asked for steroids and stated that this is what my regular allergist does when I have a reaction, she said "I'm going to give you some dexamethasone just so you feel like we're doing something about the problem." Was saying you're placating me really necessary? Hours later the hives have improved slightly, but I still have the hives and all of the discomfort that comes with having an allergic reaction as she only provided me with one dose of steroids. Her bedside manner is completely lacking. She is the most unprofessional and the lowest caliber doctor I have ever met.
Had to say it. my family has gone there for all the medical needs. I refer a friend with a minor cut, happens to be he doesn't speak quite well English and they denied it service to him. I will never go there again.
Love staff and dr. james kim

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
