I had a truly outstanding experience at this dental office. From check-in to check-out, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. All of my questions and concerns were addressed with patience and care, and I never once felt rushed. The team went above and beyond to accommodate me in ways that made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Bonnie was especially helpful in discussing financial options—she was knowledgeable, understanding, and a pleasure to work with. My hygienist, Hollie, was thoughtful, caring, and attentive throughout my visit, and the doctor was equally wonderful, providing excellent care. I left feeling very impressed and in awe of the level of service I received. I highly recommend this office to anyone seeking a professional, compassionate, and welcoming dental experience.

Another money grab, its not about if I believe you; who you can get to persuade me; what words you should use to get me to agree. Its my body, my choice. I understand you want more money, but I don't want unnecessary metal in my mouth. Then to refuse with a smirk, then the smirk leaves as the realization that the tactics didnt work, and im walking out and will set an appointment with another dentist. Waste of time with greedy bad people. Your job is oral care, putting money first is right on point for the world we live in 🥰

I had a visit for a service I was told may or may not be covered by insurance. Bonnie stated that sometimes insurance covers it and they would bill for it. At the time of Service I signed a financial agreement for $1100 and expected to pay that that day. Upon leaving my appointment after receiving the treatment, I was actually charged about $1200. They had made an error on the financial agreement that I had signed by not charging for one of the teeth that had treatment. I understand that mistakes can be made and I paid the $1200. I did call back and they did put a credit towards my account for that because it was their error. However, after receiving my explanation of benefits from my insurance, it appears that that service that was completed early June was indeed fully covered by my insurance and my patient responsibility was only $67. I have now contacted the office for a return three times and spoke to Sarah and Jennifer stating they would call me back and issue a refund to no avail. I'm hoping to hear back and get a firm date for a resolution to this. It truly is a shame because the hygienist and the dentist Michelle were excellent, but I have had nothing but frustration and struggles with the front office staff. They are very kind in their interactions but could be better about following up with patients, especially over a four figure amount. I absolutely understand that medical billing can take some time to get an answer and get a check issued, and that they have to operate a business with a profit margin, however it's disappointing at best to feel like just a paycheck instead of being invested in patients physical and financial health with the implicit trust they hold as a healthcare provider.

The appointment went as expected. I was getting a new night guard which seemed awfully tight but the technician was very kind about making adjustments and sent me home with the assurance I could return it if it did not fit well after use. I wore it last night for the first night and it seemed fine.

Changed to all smiles after moving. When I first walked in I felt very comfortable. The waiting area had lemonade, water in the fridge and some snacks. I then met all the staff who are very friendly. The biggest surprise was the amount of time they spent with me and explaining basic things about the health of my teeth with photos and graphics. They even explained what the numbers mean when they call them out during an assessment. First time ever that I actually learned about my teeth, and not just told about my teeth.
