Anh Tran's Online Review Report Card

I have been seeing Dr Tran for several years now. Not only is there very rarely more than a 5 or 10 min wait, Hannah, her receptionist, is kind and accommodating and will work around my schedule as best she can. Every time I see Dr Tran she will ask about my family or about something I said previously, which shows me that she not only listens but cares enough to remember the small details. She is incredibly thorough, and refers when she needs to. When I was admitted to the hospital for emergency surgery one night late in the evening, she called my cell at 9 the next morning to see what happened and how I was and if there was anything she could do to help. Other times where I have gone to emergency and not been admitted, she always calls the next day to follow up after getting a report from the hospital. When I had covid, she called me every other day for almost 2 weeks, even once my symptoms were gone, to check in and see if there were any changes or any new symptoms. She never rushes you and will answer as many questions as I need her to. You will be doing yourself a favour if you put your name on her waiting list and hope that you get the call that she has the space for you to see her.

Dr Tran is an excellent doctor. She takes time to answer all of your questions, and doesn’t rush care. When I have been overdue to see her, she has had her receptionist call me to remind me it’s time to see her. She always listens to my concerns, and tries to find the best approach that aligns with her beliefs and what I am comfortable with. If she isn’t sure about something she will research it and get back to me, and refers to a specialist when needed. Her bedside manner is excellent, and every time I come in, she remembers small details about my life and asks questions. She is genuinely interested in my well being as a patient and as a person. While I am in her office, she makes me feel like I am the most important patient she has, and I know she makes her other patients feel the same way. If you can get on her waiting list for when she does have openings for new patients, I highly recommend her!

I feel so fortunate to have such a caring, genuine family physician. Dr. Tran has been my family doctor since she first began practicing, and I must say that she is like no other that I have been to before. She views all conditions holistically and encourages evidence based solutions, while respecting your own personal preferences and opinions. She is attentive and caring, and takes time to ensure your questions and concerns are attended to. Her bedside manner is also so wonderful, as she is respectful and polite too. I am a 47 year old male who has lived my whole life in Toronto. I cannot stress to any people reading this review that you would be luckier than a leprechaun on st. Paddy’s day if you can have the privilege of being a patient of dr. Tran. She is caring honest and really does cares about her patients. I have a patient of dr. Tran for more than 5 years and always feel a sense of gratitude to her because I know what she says to me....good or bad is for my benefit . Thanks for being my doctor -yaacob

Dr. Tran saw me last week for my high blood pressure. She was very professional and prescribed some pills. Now my blood pressure is well controlled.

Great physicians. Calm, reassuring, personable and intelligent. Has been my physician for a long time and I find her awesome.

Dr Tran is an awesome physician. I have had her as my doctor for a few years now. She knows her trade, she has great bedside manner and her office is one of the cleanest doctors offices I have ever seen. She has provided great care for me and my family. Diabetes is a terrible disease but at least I know that my doctor is doing a great job helping me manage it.
