Consistently refuses to help my friend get a consult with a specialist. We don't know why. Dr. Rans know this is the one step that would clear up my friend's condition and relieve incredible suffering, as it did for the past several years (No, they are not seeking painkillers). This man sees my friend's intense suffering on a regular basis and does nothing.
