The Office Manager, Jessica Stafford is just wonderful. She always goes out of her way to help. Dr. Judi Knowles Duncan is just the best and the new therapist Cathy Appleton saved my life. I love these people for all they have done. They go above and beyond. They do charge if you miss an appt like another person previously mentioned. This is a small family owned business. They have to run a business too. I would recommend this place to everyone!

I have interacted with this doctor in her clinical environment for about 2 years now. Staff is friendly and eager to assist with appointments and insurance needs. She has been willing to work with us to reduce the need for medications and to deal with the root of the medical issue. Medication is a needed intervention for some patients. I have seen much progress.

Apparently all there is to psychiatry is prescribing pills. I got more therapy out of watching Private Practice. If you prefer prescriptions AND therapy, choose someone else.

The doctor herself is very kind. Her husband, who runs the office, is very rude, unprofessional, and demeaning. I can not recommend the practice.

Best doctor I have ever had. Genuinely friendly and very likeable. She always takes my medical concerns seriously. I have never left her office feeling like I wasted my time. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Knowles.

I love this doc, but I'm concerned about her office staff mixing up test results. This caused me to have to have several unnecessary biopsies and tests before it was all said and done.
