List of Ann M. Wanner's Reviews
I visited Dr. Wanner because I suffered with sinus infections and upper respiratory infections for decades. I thought maybe I had allergies. She saw me right away, did allergy testing, referred me for a CT of my sinuses, got me in for the scan within an hour! Turns out I have zero allergies. My sinus bones were formed in a way that they never really drained. I had sinus surgery from and have never looked back. I often mentally thank Dr. Wanner for helping to literally change my life.
I met with Dr Wanner and gave her a detailed verbal history we did allergy testing, which again did not reveal any glaring reasons for my allergy symptoms, though slight reactions to mold. She made my visit very comfortable and was informative of how and why certain responses happen in the body. My issue with the visit was there was multiple times she expressed she 'didnt know what to do' for me and instructed me to continue rotating a barrage of over the counter medications. Finally, i had to say, that is not acceptable and ultimately asked to be referred to an ear nose and throat specialist. I already expressed prior to my allergy testing with her that I didnt believe my issue really was allergies in the first place. I think it is the providers responsibility to ultimately say this could be something further than allergist and provide a recommendation for a referral, rather than me having to initiate something beyond her capability. After my push back, she also stated that there are more long term solutions of interval shots a person can get for allergies. It is not possible for me at the moment due to pregnancy, but the additional information was withheld. I had a strong feeling that my visit was a waste of time and the 'not sure what to do next' type of attitude made me feel like why did i come here until i demanded more. Further, the after care was worse than the actual care. asking for a referral to an ENT, the only one she said she knew is a private practice in Edmonds. Anyone in the area knows providence is the biggest, local provider so i took it upon myself to call and see what providence would need from the Ev clinic office. i relayed this info to Dr Wanners office and two months later, after multiple calls and messages, providence still does not have the proper referrals. i think at some point when a patient is experiencing difficulty in which hey have no agency to resolve, the everett clinic needs to follow up on their faxed referrals on behalf of their clients. poor initial service and even worse follow through make this visit regrettable.
Professional, competent and thorough. Diagnosed my dairy allergy that has caused sinus & asthma symptoms for most of my life.
wow, I was reading the two negative reviews on here and had to verify that we were talking about the same person! Dr. Wanner has been absolutely wonderful. She helped me tremendously and I just wish she could manage all of my care. Professional, listener, caring, smart as a whip. Love her!
I can't recommend Dr. Wanner enough. She's sweet and helpful and anyways makes you feel comfortable and listens well. I always leave my appointments feeling good.
Dr Wanner takes the time to really dig in to your condition. I saw her for allergies, but she also recommended a new way for me to take my asthma medication and diagnosed a Vitamin D deficiency. She made this possible by taking her time and being methodical about my health. She asked about everything, above and beyond what I would have expected for a specialist.
I have been a patient of Dr. Wanner's for several years. She spends time listening to me about the progress of my allergies. She always has a few treatments we can choose from to get me relief from asthma and allergies. I can highly recommend her!
I think she is a great dr. never in a rush and very through.
I was so disheartened by my visit with Dr. Wanner that I did not continue searching for my diagnosis until 2 years later! Her bedside manner was one of the worst I have ever seen in a doctor, and as I told her that I have a strong family history in Primary Immune Deficiency and wanted to be tested, she said, "Well-those tests are expensive-so let's see if you have a urinary tract infection.." WHoa!...I have flu symptoms!!! I will never return and have since found another doctor, who has actually diagnosed me with Immune Deficiency! She is arrogant, rude and frankly, I have no idea why she chose this profession. Perhaps, she should re-think and become a crane operator. (No offense to crane operators..)I will never return to her and have told everyone I know not to go to her.
This doctor is extremely unprofessional and behaved like a primadonna in front of my 13 yr-old daughter. She was over 25 minutes late and made no apologies, in fact, when I mentioned that we had been waiting for over 25 minutes, she threw her folder down and walked out of the room, slamming the door shut. My daughter and I were amazed, she returned a few minutes later and screamed about how she was fitting me in (not the case, I called that morning and she had an opening) and that 25 minutes was not a long time to wait for a doctor. She screamed, what do you want me to do about it! I replied with, acknowledgement would be nice and then like a stepford wife, she turned around and began acting sweet as pie to my daughter, who was traumatized by her behavior. We went over my daughter's medications for allergies and I inquired as to why she did not prescribe a certain medication and she looked me up and down and replied that it was really expensive - as though I could not afford it.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
