THE FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST IS BEYOND RUDE. SHE WAS YELLING AT ME FOR NOT RECEIVING THE MAIL SHE SENT OR THE EMAIL. I ASKED FOR HER TO PLEASE SEND ME THE STATEMENTS AND SHE REFUSED TO SEND ME THE STATEMENTS SHE SAID SHE HAD SENT ME IN THE FIRST PLACE. SHE KEPT ACCUSING ME OF RECEIVING SOMETHING THAT I HAD NEVER RECEIVED. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, YELLING AT SOMEONE FOR TRYING TO RESOLVE A BILL.

Always a great experience! Helped tremendously with my back. I can actually run miles again. Totally recommend 👌🏽

The combined effort of this office has relieved a very significant amount of pain I had due to falling off a ladder. They are comprehensive, and good at explaining the details of your visits. I’m very thankful to have found this clinic.

I was hurting pretty bad and came to Dr. Keezer in an emergency situation and Kristina helped get me in right away. It's been a couple weeks of going now and I'm feeling much better already. My back is not easy to maneuver and Dr, Keezer figured it out right away. I'm glad I found them.

Amazing chiropractor who cares about you and your health. While I initially went to help with my back issues, Dr. Keezer helped me with my frozen shoulder that several other providers weren't able to help with. Christine is a wonderful office manager who excels at insurance and billing. Our whole family enjoys this practice!

I have had a great experience here. Dr. Keezer and staff have been wonderful. I have been recovering from a vehicle collision and seeking care at the back pain relief center has been helpful. I would recommend to anyone looking for a chiropractor in Snohomish county near the North Everett area.

I am so happy I found Dr. Keezer . He has really changed my life for the best! I come to this office for 15 years. And I like Kristina , she is so friendly and knowledgeable!

I wasn't even going to write one of these because the practice wasn't even worth it. The "Dr" didn't know how to work the X-ray, "couldn't remember what to set it at" I heard him say after 5 min of me sitting with small tanning glasses on my nose to "protect" my eyes as he had the machine 2 inches from my face. He kept readjusting and moving around the room all the while I'm still sitting patiently trying to figure out why he wasn't prepared for an appointment. Well, after the 5 ish min I said I got to get up and I got to go. He tried blocking the door and I said nope I'm going out. He was very hesitant about me leaving the room that was upstairs in someone's house. Don't let the pictures on the website fool you,someone converted their home into a "chiropractors office" with an X-ray machine upstairs in narrow hallways. I made my way outside and decided never to return. Well the reason I'm writing this review is due to my bill that I just received in the mail. They billed my insurance $185 and want to charge me now for $50. For what you ask, filling out paperwork. I called and asked why I was being charged and the lady said I will definitely take that off your balance. She then went in to how the process works, which I've already told her I knew I don't need an explanation. The "Dr" was ignorant, and had no idea what he was doing. Apparently I was yelling at her even though my whole family was right there listening to me and I only got frustrated with her when she told me she's NOT going to take it off the balance because of how I'm "yelling" at her. She said she would NOW have to send it to the "Dr" to see if we can waive it due to how I'm speaking. I explained that she just said she was going to take it off, and now she's not because of how she assumed I was talking to her? She said yes. I told her to take it off or I'm going to get a lawyer, she said go ahead. Already reported to the BBB.
