Carolyn is great. I haven't had many medical issues that have caused me to seek care over the years and when I have, the PCP I was assigned with Providence was truly terrible. Due to this, I'd somewhat become accustomed to physician visits feeling very impersonal and more like 3 minute business transactions. This is not at all how I felt during my visit with Carolyn. She was very kind and informative, and for once I actually felt comfortable and encouraged to ask questions which helped put my mind at ease. I felt she took my questions and concerns seriously and actually cared about my follow up. I will go out of my way to see her in the future.
