Dr Kaun cared for my 92 year old mother for several years until she passed Aug 2019 His expertise kept her as healthy and active as she could be. His compassion and kindness showed even when she was being stubborn I am grateful for his knowledge and care of her

I am very upset with Dr. Kuan because during our visit he did not tell me that I had CKD Stage 3. When I asked about the numbers for my blood test, he waved me off saying "don't worry about it". After hearing my diagnosis a month later from an intern, I was shocked. As a patient, I believe it was very important that I know my diagnosis and get some recommedations from the specialist on how to take care of this disease. I got nothing from Dr. Kuan. I have resorted to the internet to learn about the CKD and will definitely find another nephrologist for my future care.
