I limped into Cornerstone Chiropractic shaped like a sad shrimp. My neck couldn’t turn, my back hated me and 3 out 10 fingers were numb. Cam didn’t just adjust me—he recalibrated me. Within minutes, my spine sounded like a bowl of Rice Krispies, and suddenly I could move like a human again instead of a broken action figure. Cam is part chiropractor and part magician. He explained everything as he worked, didn’t judge me for my questionable posture choices, and had me walking out straighter than most of seattle. If your spine is making sounds it shouldn’t or if your back feels like it’s storing the weight of 1,000 bad decisions, go see Cam at Cornerstone. He’ll fix you up, make you laugh, and send you home feeling like a brand-new vertebrate. Highly recommend. Would break myself again just to come back. Oh, and don't let me forget about Kayla, one of Cornerstone's massage therapists. If you want to live, laugh, love, and cry so good ask for the subcapularis VIP treatment. Thank me later. 6 stars to the entire team. Bravo.

My feet were pretty much inoperable until they set me up with proper orthotics. The ones at the mall never fit or fixed anything, now my plantar pain is totally gone and has been for a long time!

I’ve been seeing Dr Lichfield for many years! One of the things I appreciate about Dr Lichfield is his attention to detail. If he doesn’t get the results he’s looking for during an adjustment, he will go back and tweek the adjustment until he gets the desired result instead of moving on to the next part of my adjustment. I feel like this makes a big difference in the quality of my appointments with him

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Since I’ve been going, they’ve corrected a lot of of my spinal and muscular issues through a combination of chiropractic and massage. My son has also seen a huge improvement since going here. 10/10 and I highly recommend it for anyone getting started or just looking for a new chiropractor and/ massage.

Dr. Cam is really caring. The whole staff has been very helpful. I felt very welcome from day one. It was also great that they offer massage. I have been seeing them for months now and will keep coming back.

If you have chronic pain make an appointment with Kayla. This Lady is a life changer. She gives the best massage and attention to pain areas. I can’t forget about Doctor Cam, I swear I’m taller every time I leave my appointment. He adjusts me so I can walk. Everyone at Cornerstone is wonderful. Just make the appointment and see for yourself ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Dr. Came is the best Chiropractor I have ever had. He has the ability to use strength in a controlled way. He also incorporates some high tech instruments to help pinpoint problem areas.
