Was told that the surgery to my wrist thumb area would eliminate the pain and allow me to continue my activities such as golf and bike riding. Neither was accurate. No golf no bike riding and pain in the same joint area. The only change was I also lost 50 % of my strength in the thumb.

My husband's pointer finger was partially amputated by a dog about 5 years ago. Dr. Rehse performed his surgery and did a fantastic job. Today, you can barely tell. The scar is basically non-existent and the finger works perfectly! There is some minor nerve damage, so his finger is extra elsesitive to cold today, but that is to be expected. She is an amazing surgeon and I would highly recommend her!

I had surgery on both wrist 2 years ago and there is absolutely no scar and my pain and numbness is gone. Dr. Rehse is great and very good at explaining what is going on at all times. I would and do recommend her to all my friends.
