David W. Janeway's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Janeway is a wonderful person. I am so pleased to have him as my mother's physician. My mother has dementia, so I need a lot of help understanding her care and what she is experiencing. He is good at making sure I understand, so I can be a learned caregiver. Dr. Janeway has been part of our lives for five years and I have peace of mind regarding her care because of him. He has never treated her like a number or "just another patience". He has expertise the span the women health issues (from delivering babies to elderly care). This is impressive too as I've never before come across a doctor who does. Five stars does not begin to sum up our experience with Dr. Janeway. We are very grateful.

I went in for a hip injection today and it took maybe five minutes and the only thing I felt was the medication going in but that subsided in about one minute. I have seen Dr. Janeway for other things also and am very pleased with the outcome I would recommend this office to anyone and the office staff is wonderful and very helpful. Good job Doc.

Dr. Janeway has been my doctor since 2009. I have 100% confidence in the outstanding care he provides to me. He is personable, intuitive, and works with me as a partner in my health. I'm very thankful to have found him and and to have established a relationship as one of his patients. He cares about my health and longetivity. The staff is friendly. I seldom wait for more than five minutes before being taken to an examination room.

I was referred to Dr. Janeway & was really looking forward to finally have a good doctor. I've never felt so unsafe about my life being in a doctors hands as he's made me feel. He doesn't listen to concerns, I tell him about issues I'm having & instead of looking into them, he just prescribes medications for what he "guesses it is" without even examining the area of concern. Every appt I go to, he's no less than 15-20 min late & one time 40 min! If you're late you get charged!

This doctor needs to take classes on listening to his patients. If you cannot trust your doctor with little things, how can you possibly trust him with your life? If you don't want to be treated like a piece of trash, do not, I repeat, DO NOT be honest about how you are feeling when it comes to his treatment plan if it's not working for you. Tired of doctors that do not listen to their patients and just thrown medications at them because that's the easy thing to do. By the way, the first appointment will go great and you will love him, but after that, the care continues to drop significantly.

I chose this doctor years ago based on positive online reviews. 2 of my friends also went to him for the same reason. After years of going here, and not ever feeling that my health concerns were being accurately diagnosed, I asked my friends about their experience. They agreed, and were also considering moving on. We agreed that he doesn't seem to take health issues seriously if certain risk factors don't exist. Dr. Janeway himself is very pleasant and friendly. I find the office staff cold, unwelcoming, and difficult to work with. I'll be moving on.

So impressed, was looking for a new doctor and had several bad experiences before I saw Janeway. He was professional, thoughtful, very through, explained everything, didn't order a bunch of tests. I left with a print out of everything. Will be seeing him in the future.

He is a horrible Dr. due to he doesn't care at all if the patient lives or dies or if they are actually getting the help they need. Someone's mother is now prolonging life due to his poor decisions as her Dr.. she had been sick for sometime and was also concerned about money, he was to considering he did not help his patient find a solution through charity, did no test with years of her in and out of hospital. As a result she has had terminal cancer for ten years or more now and was not caught till few months ago when she went to another Dr.

He is the best family doctor I've ever known. Our family has been going to him for almost 8 years and he always takes his time with us and listens to what we have to say. Never rushes us out to move on to the next patient. He gives real answers to any issues we go in about. He's absolutely wonderful with children, we have a 7 year old and a 2 year old who love to go there and are not afraid. I would definitely recommend him for your family.

Dr Janeway has delivered both of my daughters and did an amazing job of it. I hardly have to wait when I have an appointment and he really listens to what I have to say. I recomend him to everyone.
