We’re new to the area and so grateful we found this dentist office. From the front desk, dental assistants, dental hygienists and especially Dr.Choudhry they were extremely knowledgeable and efficient.

Super friendly office from scheduling through the entire experience. Dr Choudry was great at explaining and assuring and letting me know what I needed to do next. Unlike other places I've been to, I didn't feel like this was a dentistry all about finding things wrong so they could bring you back in to make more money with more dental work. Just up front information about your dental health, what to watch, what you have done well, and what you need to do to keep dental health high. So glad I found them!

I moved to the area about two years ago and tried a few dentists before finding Dr. Shin and his team. Needless to say, I don’t need to search anymore. Everyone in the office is welcoming, and Dr. Shin is friendly, thorough, and does a great job. I truly appreciate the care he puts into every visit.

Dear Sr. Management of Dentists of Mill Creek, My husband Kevin E. doesn't have a google account but he wanted me pass this to your dental company. My name is Kevin E., my previous dental care office was with Hues Dental Group, located in Everett. I am writing to you because I had an emergency situation with one of my wisdom teeth. The tooth was loose and I was in severe pain. On a scale 1-10 the pain was a 9/10 level, making it so difficult to think. Hues Dental was not able to help nor did they have any compassion or empathy of my situation. I was treated like a number by them, telling me I had to wait till next week, and unresponsive to call me back. This was on a Thursday. There is no way I would have been able wait that long to have this dental issue taken care. I decided I would drive around and find a dental care provider that deserved my business and a place that showed empathy and genuinely cared for its customers by doing the right thing. I ended up going 4 dental care providers and each could care less. I was very disappointed. But then I found Dentists of Mill Creek. Wow, I was greeted professionally by Blair and Elizabeth, they understood my pain and situation. They went and talked to Dr. Koh and came to report that she would see me. It was a WOW kind of moment; I felt that I was going to have some relief finally. I filled out paperwork and provided all required details to the receptionist, they made my experience fun and easy. Thank you, I needed that. I then sat in a chair waiting for Dr. Koh to see me, didn't even have to wait 5 minutes, when Ms. Sam, Dr. Koh's dental assistant came out, called my name and took me to the room and took the required X-rays. Sam told Dr. Koh would talk to me soon. Two minutes later Dr. Koh came in and told me what was going on with my tooth. I told her about my pain and she prescribed meds to start the treatment, I then got an appointment for early on Friday. I would like to thank the staff for their professionalism and providing the adequate support , in particular Dr. Koh for her making time for my individual crisis and for being a life saver. I can report that my tooth ache has been resolved, and my customer experience was excellent end to end. Dr. Koh was a true professional as were the entire staff. I can report I will no longer be going to Hues Dental and your organization has now gained a new customer in me. My next visit will be next week. I’d like to share the consistently wonderful experience I’ve had with Dentists of Mill Creek. From the very beginning, scheduling has been incredibly easy. I’ve often been able to get same-day appointments or within just a few days of calling. Dr. Chaudhry has been an exceptional dentist for me. He’s kind, lighthearted, and professional, always creating a judgment-free environment that I really appreciate. His care feels genuinely compassionate, and as someone who is particularly sensitive, I value the way he checks in with me regularly to make sure I’m comfortable throughout each visit. Samantha and Cici are also amazing. They are thoughtful, attentive, and always making sure I feel at ease. Blair at the front desk is the definition of professional and kind, and it’s clear she runs things efficiently and with care. One thing I especially appreciate is how mindful the entire team is about cost. I never feel like I’m being upsold or pushed into unnecessary treatments, just the right care to maintain my health. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Dentists of Mill Creek. Dr. Chaudhry and the whole team are outstanding, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist.

I love these guys. They are very friendly and good at what they do. From my root canal to wisdom teeth removal they have done a really good job. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
