Since I took the medication given by him in September, my tongue becomes white and I burp very often. It has been five months.

This doctor and his practice are in the business to collect your money without providing the services they're paid for. Not only have they ignored symptoms reported and failed to diagnose or further investigate the initial health issue that lead me to visit him, but their staff called one day stating that "Dr. Chua had reviewed exams and wanted to see me in the office", and that he "luckily" had a cancellation the following day, asking if I'd like to take that appointment. Anyone would answer with a yes, when told that a medical professional found something wrong they'd like to discuss. Once I got to the office, Dr. Chua told me he wasn't sure what they were referring to as he had not reviewed the exams and had nothing to discuss. THEY STILL CHARGED FOR THE CONSULTATION!

Dr Chua was great! He explained the procedure clearly and asked if I had any questions. He made me feel at ease. Everything went great!

This doctor didn't listen to any of my problems. He dismissed my symptoms and related them only to weight, despite being diagnosed with IBS and GERD at a low weight years ago. He basically gave me the equation to having an eating disorder. This doctor should not be able to practice medicine if he has no interest in helping patient's achieve a higher quality of life. He has no education on autoimmune disorders, and does not have any sensitivity towards people who are suffering.

My encounter with Dr Chua was pleasant and he was very professional. He spent a lot of time listening to my symptoms and did a very thorough physical exam when other physicians I went to just brushed me off as having irritable bowel. He then started explaining what diseases my symptoms could be related to then followed by suggestions on what testing we should do. Other doctors thought I had reflux for the longest time but I had a pancreas problem which he was able to diagnose.

Stay away from this clown. I ended up in the ER after visiting him for severe crippling abdominal pain after eating anything. All he suggested was taking Prilosec OTC, even though I told him that didn't work and I tried it before. I told him clearly I hadn't eaten in a WEEK and wanted to KNOW what was wrong with me - he said he THOUGHT it was acid reflux. He never touched me, or felt my abdomen and didn't listen to me. The ER fixed me in 3 hours and sent me home with a prescription that worked.
