I came here a few time and the staff was really friendly and answered my questions, and took great care of me.

Very happy and satisfied with this place, found out about this place a couple years ago through our neighbor who also comes here and had a great experience I called to make an appointment for my mom the lady at the front desk was very helpful and she was able to get her in right away. When my mom got there I was ready to translate through the phone because she doesn’t speak English but to our surprise there is a very nice lady that went above and beyond to help my mom, Yessenia took her time explaining and translating and took care of my mom like her own, after explaining she told mom doctor would come in and to not be worried because she’s a very sweet lady and loved what she does. She was not wrong when she came in Doctor Lohia was the sweetest dentist we’ve ever met! And she helped my mom financially since she doesn’t have insurance. My mom has been a patient here and recently got work done for a charity event they had and we are beyond thankful I wish more dental places had these type of events. Thank you so much to management I can’t remember her name. To our Spanish speaking and no insurance community this is the place to go. Thank you doctor lohia and Yessenia

Have been here several times, and each time they have seemed incredibly unorganized and a bit frantic. It just seems like the office is not run very well. My very first visit they left me sitting in the chair, waiting, for over 30 minutes. It's just kind of weird in there. And the flouride they use is horrendous, it's like a cement paste that gets all over your lips and you walk out feeling like there is crap all over your face. Overall not a fan.

Porfavor no vayan a ese lugar!! Para mi fue y sigue siendo una pesadilla. Fueron casi 3 años de sufrimiento con mucho dolor,la dueña me hizó un trabajo muy malo fuí a cambiarme 4 veneers y termine con 6,un implant y un root canal provocado por lo mal que hizó todo,pague mucho dinero ya casi vivía ahí por dolor,pensé en demandarlos y casi casi me obligo a firmar un documento para no hacerlo. Al final busque otra opción porque todo eso me provoco a parte de varios problemas en mi boca y lengua mucho dolor no podía dormir y mucho estres. Fuí a otro dentista y a consultar a especialistas me dijeron que el trabajo que me hicieron fue brutal,para ellos fue un desafío al final se logró pero fue mâs sufrimiento,dolor,dinero y mi única opción eran 8 coronas así que se los dejó a su criteria. Esta fue mi terrible experiencia en ese lugar ah! Y siempre me decía la dueña yo no necesito tú dinero yo soy la dueña de este lugar y tengo casa que cuesta 1 millon. Las únicas personas amables de ahi eran 2 mexicanas que siempre me trataron muy bien, con respeto. Si pudiera no le daba ni una estrella. Espero de corazón que mi experiencia les sirva a otras personas que esten pasando por algo igual o parecido. No se dejen!

I had an excellent experience from the front desk all through the end of my new patient appointment, and through my fillings and other dental work! Highly recommended, everyone is very pleasant and very friendly. I usually have a lot of dentist anxiety but felt very comfortable, safe, and at ease here. Dr Lohia, her assistants, and the lovely lady at the front (I'm sorry I'm terrible with remembering names), thank you for a great day! :)

My hygienist was awful. I felt like I had a shower while she was cleaning my teeth. Water was running down my face into my ears into the back of my neck. She did a filling and poked my lip with the needle

Great office, wonderful staff! The manager Calle was so helpful and patient with all of my questions even though it seemed like she was working solo, she was a rockstar. Dr Lohia is a saint- she made me feel so comfortable and ease and has such a calming demeanor with her assistant Easton. So convenient in location, I feel like I have found my forever dentist.

My first appointment with Everett Modern Dentistry was today. Before going to the appointment I spoke with a receptionist on the phone and explained that I had coverage by two separate insurance policies . That lady was very pleasant and located both policies so that I could coordinate coverage ., When I arrived at the office for my appointment today I spoke with a receptionist named Samara. She told me it was impossible to have dual coverage with the types of insurance that I am covered by. She didn't listen to anything that I had to say. Her confidence and arrogance somehow completely overshadowed her great ignorance. She even made a snide condescending comment. I canceled my appointment. Later the insurance company called her and explained the two policies did in fact coordinate with each other. She didn't believe the representative so she had to speak with his supervisor. This isn't difficult stuff. Medical and dental offices across the United States coordinate care and coverage between dual plans. I see more than one, one star reviews about the receptionists and at least one about this particular receptionist. The manager/owner of this office seems to always say "call so we can talk about it" but the problem has been ongoing for months from what I've gathered reading Past reviews. To the owner. Don't leave any comments asking me to call you. You know exactly who I am. You know this is a problem and has been for a while. You have chosen not to fix it.

I have been going here for a year. They have treated my pain with pain meds. But they use 3rd party specialist for extraction and root canals. This guy tries telling me I'll just need tylonal and steroids for pain. Really sucks I have to find a new dentist for anything more than a filling. Why can't dentist just treat the pain they cause instead off arguing with me about my pain.
