Everett Spine & Rehab's Online Review Report Card

In short Endlessly frustrating. After over a month of trying, I still can't even review the quality of care because we never got seen. In long 7 months ago, my lovely bride suffered a serious stroke and has lots of atrophy and inflammation in her affected arm and leg, because they don't move as much as they did before the incident. Month before last, we wanted to re-establish her with massage care, and left ESR a message. Waited a week. No response. Tried again. No response. Tried the online form to book an appointment. Still no response. Left one more VM while I started looking for somewhere else we could take her. A week later, they finally called back. 4th time's the charm, right? They sounded organized enough on the phone that I was ready to give them one last shot. They couldn't quite fully explain the difference between their specialists, but they got close enough that I just picked one. Still have to wait yet another week to get seen, and now we're well over a month into this process. They did a lot of intake work over the phone with me, and said it'd be nice (didn't sound required) if I could bring a paper copy of one form with me. Totally my fault--I couldn't find it. Certainly was my issue. But we couldn't be seen. At this point, even if the care in back is solid, there's such a long-standing pattern of obstacles, sloppiness, and indifference that it wouldn't have seemed wise to proceed, even if they let us. On to the next place.

Everett Spine & Rehab has been incredible. I came in with limited neck mobility, and Dr. Gill immediately impressed me with how knowledgeable and efficient he is. He got to the root of the issue quickly and focused on long‑term recovery, not just short‑term relief. The entire team is professional, kind, and clearly enjoys what they do. Sabrina, the front‑desk host, always welcomes with a warm smile and makes every visit feel personal. I frequently see Dr. Sapida for dry needling. With such a new technique I feel comfortable and reassured throughout my sessions. Yanmei gives the best deep‑tissue massage I’ve experienced in the Seattle/Lynnwood area. She identifies and works through trouble spots with care, helping me feel noticeably better each time. What I enjoy most about this clinic is that every single employee (some not mentioned here) does their role extremely well and to a high level of professionalism. I strongly recommend Everett Spine & Rehab for anyone seeking effective treatment in a welcoming environment.

I love this place. I go for chiropractic care, PT and massage and can’t say enough good things about the staff. They are very knowledgeable and genuinely care about their clients. 5 stars!

I've been seeing Dr. Gill for over 3 years and I can only say that he's the best, that he really takes the pain away with his hands. He's wonderful and knows exactly what he's doing. I highly recommend him.

This place has everything one needs to recover.

Due to motor vehicle accident I was looking for a near by clinic that included chiro and physical therapy. I found the perfect one! This clinic featured a lot more than what I thought I needed. Amazing team of customer service and highly skilled Doctors. I came with a headaches, neck pain, lower back paid and shoulder area was not feeling all good either. With the help of Chiropractor, thank you Dr. Gill for adjusting my back and massage therapy, thank you Vina, my back was recovering quite good. Although my headaches and neck pain wouldn't go away. Dr. Sapida, wonderful physical therapist was able to locate the problem area in my neck that was causing pain as well as discomfort in my neck. I was introduced to a treatment procedure 'Dry Needling' it's not the typical acupuncture. Dry needling works! Pain slowly faded away, headaches started to disappear and I was able to return to my normal routine. Thank you all for helping me recover and be pain free.
