List of Jason Codding's Reviews
Dr. Codding changed my quality of life and I feel amazing now. I had a severe torn rotator cuff with nerve damage, it took months of specialists to determine the issue was my shoulder. I am a very active person and as a farmer I could barely get through my day. Dr. Codding listened to my allergy to pain medications and we had a strategy. I had surgery on my right, dominant shoulder and 9 months later on my left. After surgery the pain was gone, I understand that isnt how it is for everyone but it was for me. There was a lot of pt involved after surgery and a couple more months of pt to go, but I feel stronger than I've been in years. His staff was very responsive to any messages sent. I would highly recommend for any shoulder issues.
Dr. Codding repaired my torn rotator cuff. He and his staff are amazing. We discussed my injury and my options. I decided to go ahead with surgery, and very glad I did. And fully recovered! I trust Dr. Codding so much, I sent my father my son and a close friend to him.
Dr Codding is a great doctor and human being. I broke my arm next to a shoulder replacement prosthesis and was worried about having more surgery. While surgery was an option, the best option was to simply wear a sling for 6-7 weeks and that option worked. He listened to my concerns and helped me choose the best option. We were both pleased with the outcome.
Went to Codding after an MVA and he was highly recommended for shoulder issues. After 2 MRIs that he insisted did not show anything significant, I sought a 2nd opinion and found that my bicep was detached for 6 months, whereas Codding said “I don’t see why you’re not back to work right now” at my last appointment with him (meanwhile, I had done months of physical therapy and couldn’t raise my arm up still). Just curious; if you’re the professional, shouldn’t I be asking YOU why I’m not “back to work yet”? The expectations I had were not just lacking, but completely gone when his lack of compassion showed through due to my young age and not significant enough injury for him to care about. I had a successful surgery to reattach my bicep a few months later by another surgeon who immediately saw the issue, outside of the Everett Clinic. I went through months of unnecessary pain, with a failing arm muscle, due to Codding’s lack of compassion. Would give Codding 0 stars if possible.
Awful Doctor, avoid him at all costs. My wife was in severe pain and has been for years, but Dr. Codding could have cared less. This Doctor was unprofessional, unsympathetic, and verbally accosted my wife for asking a few questions on pain management.
Very kind and caring.
Dr. Codding provided me all the information about rotator cuff tear. He left the option of surgery to me. I did go ahead with surgery, it was a success. Dr. Codding is personable, kind and caring. I appreciate him so much, I referred my father to him.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
