The whole experience with Dr Parker and his office is quite exceptional. Minimal wait, friendly and efficient staff. Dr Parker has a calm professional presence. He’s a great communicator and really knows his stuff.

The ease of scheduling the appointment was great. The wait time to go back was minimal, less than 10 minutes. I was very unhappy that I was not able to pay my copay with cash or check. The front desk staff was unable to provide the mailing address for me to send it too. When I spoke to the billing department, they asked me multiple questions before giving me the address to send a payment. Honestly, it should not be that difficult to pay for services rendered.
