List of Justin R. Cuschieri's Reviews
My visit from the receptionist to MA to Dr was absolutely wonderful. Everyone was kind and Dr Cuschieri actually took the time and listened to me. I left feeling excited about a plan of action
Looking forward to working with Justin. He is honestly concerned with finding what is needed for my future health and doing what is necessary to make things happen.
Well qualified and caring.
I was hospitalized with two devastating gastric conditions and he lectured me in angry tones about what foods to eat. Did not order a test for either condition until I lost 40 pounds and was too weak to walk. Coldly focused on probable fatal result from one of the conditions and ignored me when I was in rehab for two months. I now have a wonderful FEMALE gastroenterologist who is sharp and on top of things. I would not send anyone to him.
This is one of the most unsettling medical experiences I have ever had. Dr. Cuschieri seems like a nice person--like he would be a great neighbor--however I have no confidence at all in his treatment. Not only does he not listen, he doesn't even bother to ask any questions. My whole experience here was disturbing and unsettling. Usually doctors ask questions about your symptoms before diagnosing or advising patients, but not Dr. Cuschieri. I have zero trust in him or his office and left his office feeling like I had been completely taken advantage of. I did not receive the services I hired him to provide. I have since switched to a different provider in a different office and had a completely different experience and diagnosis. If you want a doctor who cares enough to find out what is actually wrong with you, you will need to find a different doctor, because it won't be Dr. Cuschieri.
Dr. Cuschieri answered all my questions and laid out a plan of treatment. Pleasant experience.
He was very rude, disinterested, had archaic beliefs, and was running 90 minutes behind.
Provider was running 90 minutes behind, no one bothered to tell me while I was waiting to be seen. My interactions with the doctor made me uncomfortable. He had a very flat affect, seemed disinterested in my concerns, and from our conversations I didn’t feel that he was listening to me or reviewed my medical history before coming in the room. His demeanor did not make me feel safe to share details ...
he is a very good, and understood eveything.
I felt Dr. Cuschieri to be cold and uninterested in hearing about my concerns and health issues during our initial visit. At the time of my subsequent endoscopy, he spent no more than 15 seconds with me prior to the procedure. Didn't see me at all after the procedure to address my concerns about findings or discuss follow-up. I felt his interest was entirely focused on rushing through an assembly line of endoscopy procedures, not providing personalized care. I will be following up with another gastroenterologist. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
