We love SRM. They’ve helped us achieve two beautiful pregnancies. They’re so thoughtful and make you feel like part of a family. Thorough care and reassurance through them definitely make you feel at ease, I’ve never had any other facility reach out to check up on me or my husband as much as they have while being in their care. I always recommend when I hear someone looking for fertility help. Thank you SRM.

SRM was wonderful. Every person I worked with from the front desk, to the nurses and the doctors were amazing. They were so sweet and comforting during the entire process. It’s is a journey from beginning to end and I will definitely recommend them to any of my friends and family struggling with fertility. Thank you for everything you have done for me!

Everyone at SRM was kind and easy to talk to. Anytime I had a question or needed something, they were quick to respond. The team was wonderful and warm.

After over a year of trying to conceive (and one pregnancy that sadly ended in miscarriage) my husband and I decided it was time to look into fertility testing/treatments. We heard great things from a friend who went to the Seattle clinic, and were ready for this next step. From the start, I was so impressed by the patience and willingness to help. They were very informative and laid out all our options, no hiding anything, it was all upfront and well explained. We decided to do some bloodwork and testing and try to conceive naturally one more cycle before starting treatment. WE GOT PREGNANT! It was an honest miracle and I was over the moon. When I called my actual doctor to inform them, the service I received was horrendous. The woman I spoke to was insensitive, rude, and made me feel bad about calling at all about my pregnancy. It was like she had never spoken to someone who had fertility issues. However, when I informed my doctors at SRM, the response was night and day. I felt their joy for me and they instantly got me setup with all the appointments and ultrasounds. Nurse Jennifer was THE BEST. I must have messaged her a million times with concerns and she handled my anxiety brilliantly. Always so patient, always knew what to say, and she made me aware they were always there to help and do whatever I needed to help calm my nerves. From the nurses, to the Ultrasound technician, to my doctor (Dr. Wald), I just wish I could have stayed with them throughout my whole pregnancy. I eventually graduated but I'm so glad I went to them and honestly feel like their help and calming nature, helped ease some of my stress and helped me get where I am (even though I never did any treatment). If you have any concerns, or are just considering it, GO TO SRM.

My husband and I have been treated by SRM since July 2021. Our experience during the process of diagnosing and treating our fertility concerns was always pleasant, informative, and as comfortable as it could be. They addressed my specific concerns, they were delicate about uncomfortable conversations and diagnosing, and we’re always so accommodating. I cannot say enough about their entire front desk staff and nursing staff. I truly felt like they got to know me and my husband on a personal level and addressed concerns before I even voiced them. One nurse specifically took me under her specific care and would change her day and schedule around to accommodate and ease my mind. Questions are answered within hours and they always return phone calls quickly and do everything they can to avoid scheduling complications. Very open and flexible! I would recommend SRM to any couple seeking fertility help and assure that they will always do their best to cater to your every need.

Top in their field for reproductive medicine! Convenient brand new location! I was able to achieve pregnancy at age 41! And they monitored and made sure everything was progressing smoothly before handing me off to an OB/GYN.

I was really impressed with the care and professionalism at SRM. The staff all genuinely want the best for you. I have experience of another fertility clinic in Seattle prior to going with SRM. There is no comparison with the level or care and attention I received. My doctor was Dr Shah. We loved everything about his professionalism and care. I had compete trust in him and any decisions he made. I also met some of the other doctors throughout the course of my treatment and I was equally impressed with them. The nurses and support staff are also very nice. I would definitely recommend SRM as fertility specialists.

Absolutely love my time spent here. The teams I've been working with while here are amazing! They came up with a plan of action and 3 rounds later of my treatment, boom, pregnant. So very grateful for everyone there! 10/10 recommend them!

I'm really disappointed I even have to leave a review like this, but the lack of communication I've had with the staff at the Everett clinic has been awful. Every time I'm told someone will follow up with me, no one does. Every single time. My interactions with Dr. Wald have been great, she seems like a lovely person and has a great bedside manner. I don't have any issues with her. I had my initial consult (to discuss freezing my eggs) over Zoom a few months ago- Dr. Wald told me we would need to move quickly because of my age. She told me someone would follow up with me for an ultrasound appointment within a few days. A week later, no one had called me back, so I called for an appointment. Of course, they couldn't get me in quickly, I had to wait a few weeks. I went in for my ultrasound on 3/16, and then never received any follow up. I ended up sending a message to the team through the online portal on 3/29 asking what my next steps were. I received a message on 3/31 saying someone would follow up with me. Someone at the Everett clinic called me back in a few days and scheduled another phone consult with Dr. Wald on 4/6. We decided to move ahead with the egg retrieval at that point, but Dr. Wald wanted the anesthesiologist to contact me before the procedure to make sure they were comfortable moving forward because I had some anesthetic complications in the past. She again reiterated that we needed to move quickly because of my age and the anesthesiologist would be contacting me within a week. Again, no follow up from anyone. I finally called to check in on 4/19 and left a message with the front desk inquiring about the anesthesiologist call. It is 4/28 and I STILL have not heard back. I am more than disappointed with how this has been handled and I will not be moving forward with SRM. I don't feel valued as a patient, my time clearly does not matter to them. This is not how you treat your patients. I have wasted months now working with this facility. I should have had my eggs retrieved weeks ago, if not months ago. My original appointment with Dr. Wald was on 2/25. It is completely unacceptable that I have NEVER ONCE been contacted by the facility when I was told it would happen. I have had to call each and every time. It is completely disrespectful and not the kind of place I feel comfortable partnering with on this journey.
